This hotel are so good & clean.... Hotel staff behaviour so good.

Even after booking online, they charge extra at the time of checking in. They have a PHD in how to charge more money.

Shabby Rooms, Late food service, Tarrif also very high. Better rooms could have been arranged also washroom not up to the mark, with weared fittings, intercom also not working, also no cleaning was done of table , dressing and intercom. A lot of scope of improvement.

Worst experience I ever had. The room & bathroom was not clean. The room walls was not clean, there were splits & dump on walls. The bed & towel was also dirty. Chair was broken, AC were not cooling well. If there will be option of giving negative stars, then definitely I would give -4 stars. Trust me, this is the very genuine review for this hotel. I would like to request to all Hotels & OYO, please show the actual pictures of hotel, rather than exaggerate. Thank you!

I had made a reservation through Goibibo, which I believed was confirmed. However, upon arrival, I encountered a significant issue. The hotel staff informed me that they could not honor my booking because it was made at a discounted rate, which they claimed was not acceptable for their current policies. Despite presenting my reservation details, the staff insisted that the discounted rate did not meet their service criteria. They offered me the option to stay, but only if I agreed to pay an additional 1,700 rupees on top of what I had already paid through Goibibo. This unexpected extra charge was quite frustrating and seemed unreasonable, especially since it was not communicated during the booking process. This situation left me dissatisfied and concerned about the transparency and consistency of the hotel's booking policies. It's important for potential guests to be aware that such discrepancies may occur, and to ensure that all terms and conditions are clearly understood and communicated at the time of booking. For those considering staying here, it might be wise to confirm all details and policies beforehand to avoid similar issues.

My friend stayed here, and her stay was really not upto the mark. The room was dirty, and covered in dust, plus all of the amenities were dirty, even the bathroom was not upto the mark. There was a live cockroach in the room, along with other kinds of bugs. When this issue was communicated to the owner, they said that they need to do pest control in the place. Also, it was not worth the price (1200 rupees). Overall, it was a really bad experience. Would not recommend.

The staff at hotel demanded extra money for night stay. They said the amount we paid is only for 4 hours, where as no such thing was mentioned on the app. They did let us stay for five hours. The room was small. Also, the hotel staff wanted to forcefully make me give a five star rating. Also, the washroom was too small. The room was not cleaned properly and was congested. Overall an unpleasant experience. Not visiting this place again.
