The poorest hotel ever I stay. - The AC was broken and thousand years old. - The telephone line was cut down. - Many old unused cables were around the room. - No toilet paper was there. - They have a poor water system in the bathroom. We couldn't take a bath in time. - Their usage is very bad. Why did you come to this country?

1. Location is near to the New Market. Very popular among Bangladeshi travelers. ||2. Check in was easy but check out was really difficult. Budget hotel so staffs were not well behaved nor helpful. Had to catch 6 AM flight, so woke up early but saw the staffs were sleeping downstairs. They will try to hire taxi for you but will charge you higher. If you get out of the hotel you will find taxi right at the door step. So, don't take their service. It costed me RS 300 for a taxi to airport, whereas, they reception asked for RS 400||3. Stayed 4 Pax in room 307. Costed us RS 2500 or 2800 can't remember exactly. In floor 1 or 2 you may get a room for RS1500. ||4. Wash Room was operational. Does not give you toiletries. ||5. Wi-Fi Connection was unavailable. Even though 2 routers in every floor but they do not work.||6. Beds are functional not comfortable. ||7. Front Desk attitude was rough as usual towards the Bangladeshi traveler. If they carry your luggage from 2nd floor to the doorstep they charge you RS 50 extra.||8. In house Breakfast was available for not complementary. Cooking was not up to the mark

Compare to price the room was far more better. I got the room 210, the bed was clean, the washroom was cleaner than I expected. The behavior at the reception was good, no problem with me. They also helped me to get a Taxi .

First of all, I would rate them 0 if it was possible. Extremely terrible experience. They treat customers extremely bad. I stayed there for 2 days. The room service never showed their face even after calling 4/5 times. I heard them saying a customer, I would beat you and send you to a hospital! The toilet is cheap and substandard. Inadequate water facilities. The day I left, I had to catch my bus at 8 in the morning. There were no water supply until 7:15. I knocked them to supply water for at least 5 times and they lied to my face always. Never goimg to see them again. Will never recommend them to anybody. Stay away from them if you do not want to be treated poorly.

Environment is not family & couple friendly. For single visitor it might be a good option with friendly budget. Room has some bad smell as it has no window. Room is very small. It charged 1300 rupees for couple bed per night. But A/C works well...

This Hotel is awful. We 4 friends visited Kolkata city to celebrate Holy Durga-Puja or festival. We were in 1st floor of that hotel. This hotel's guards behaviour is awful and he commented bad words about Bangladeshi People and Bangladesh. On the very first night when we entered our room the bathroom's door was broken along with the AC is not working. So we decided to call them and to fix those. But they didn't also they argue with us that it will not be fixed in next two days while We gave them two days advanced room rent. We stayed 3 days in that Hotel and in two days of these three the AC was broken and they behave awfully. If you want my opinion to stay that hotel , I will just say one thing. Don't. Don't. Don't. They will behave well when you tell them you need a room but when once you accepted their offer or rent a room you will see their original character. Don't stay here. Don't ruin your tour.

Good room service. Good vegetarian food served in our room. Safe place. Satisfactory room with attached bathroom. Walkable distance from us consulate general. New market nearby. Taxi available just outside.
