Hotel O Florence Guest House And Home Stay

We had booked this house for our outstation guests coming over for my marriage. Honestly, the experience was nothing less than horrendous. Abhijit-the owner made tall claims while taking the booking, that he will manage everything. It was clearly communicated to him that the house will be hosting some 30-40 guests for 5 days. He took the booking out of pure greed, without being ready to provide the right kind of services. I'm listing down some of the issues which we had faced during the stay- 1. The service was absolutely horrible. There was only one old caretaker taking care of everything starting from cleaning to making tea. There was a huge delay in cleaning of the washrooms leading to huge discomfort for the guests. 2. There are total 8 rooms in the property. We wanted to book the entire property, but they gave us only 7 rooms saying that it is for one of their old clients who stay for medical visits. During our stay, we noticed the 8th room was being used as a love room with multiple couples going in and out of the room during the day. Imagine this situation during a family gathering. What is this if not misrepresentation? 3. The linen was dirty. They changed the linens after a lot of complaints, but the replaced ones were also dirty. Basically they didn't have any proper clean linen. 4. They didn't allow external catering. However, the food they provided was horribly expensive, sub-par quality and some of the items were low in quantity. We feel cheated by the entire ordeal. Anyone considering booking this property for any purpose, I would request you to kindly be careful.

Nice place to stay with family. The staffs are very friendly and the rooms are clean and tidy. The linens are tidy enough . They got elevator which helped my old parents a lot. Overall it's a nice experience and I will definitely recommend.

We were put up here by a relative with other relatives to attend a marriage function. The morning tea was great. They provide an induction rod to heat the water, but plan to install geysers in all rooms. There is a lift for the two floors. A cosy place. They could have provided fresh linen. Blankets were provided as well as mosquito repellents.

Had a comfortable stay. The staffs are very friendly . Clean and tidy rooms and linens. Overall it's a good experience with my family. I will visit again

I've stayed there for 5 days. I came Kolkata for the admission of my son at Satyajith ray Insitute. It's near to college so i compelled to stay there, cause i have to arrange an apartment for long term stay. Room was dirty even the bed condition was so pathetic. Owner is an arrogant same as staff.No hot water even in a cold climate. Because of that reason we had to spent lot of money for treatment after reached Kochi. Hope Oyo will discontinue their agreement with the said hotel otherwise it will affect their dignity.

The washrooms are dirty and extremely tiny like a person can barely manage to take shower and the guest house is right on the main road so it's super noisy that one can't sleep here. The bedsheets provided are so soiled
