HOTEL NATARAJ RESIDENCY

Situated in a good location. Near Sealdah Station, Calcutta University, Medical College etc.

I had stayed here many times, location is very good. Manager is nice person. But last time my experience was not good. The staff are very unwilling to respond to any type of requirement of roomers. During check out time no body cooperated to handle the luggage even after many persuasion. The rooms are so so.House keeping is very bad.I have worse experience this time.

Rooms are clean. Room size is good. I would give 4 stars for room size. Close to sealdah station. Worth the price. Food available. Staffs are well behaved. I ordered food from outside but when I asked for plates they provided me. Good covid precautions. Only one thing that bathroom is little small. Rest everything is good

Hotel is at the heart of Kolkata and rooms very nice and clean. Bathroom needs little more attention from staff as health faucet had leakage. Breakfast had lots of options for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. It was comfortable and nice stay for our entire family.

This place is good for living all staff are friendly and hotel operation manager are very friendly. This hotel situated in great location 1km from Medical College Kolkata whic is first Medical College in Asia and one 1 km from Nilratan Sircar medical College and 1 km from Sealdah railway station

Located in Raja Ram Mohan Rai sarani on M G road, Amherst street red light, opposite anglo Arabic high school. Very neat and clean hotel with well mannered and co operative staff. Room service is amazing. Very near to sealdah railway station and college Street. Hotel is fine and familiar for staying with family and friends.

Money deducted but hotel said they didn't received any booking in my name. They refused to give me room. Further I booked the room after 9am and there is no refund policy if I cancel after 9 am the same day. Ridiculous. Worst service by OYO. Will never recommend OYO to any of my friends instead I will tell them to tell others not to book OYO.

I would rate it 5 stars, because the rooms we had stayed in were sober, and newly made. We were in the second building. The experience was fine. It is located at the perfect place, and also very beautiful. Free WiFi was available.
