Hotel Mayfair tower

Good hotel with polite and well behaved staffs. Their service is also good just a small area of concern is the lack of toiletries provided in the room. Like body soap, shampoo, hair oil these things are not provided. Otherwise it's a good place to stay in the heart of the city with tasty food. All the staff are very courteous and generous and try to help the guests in all possible ways

My stay at the hotel was thoroughly gratifying. The ambiance struck a harmonious balance between professionalism and warmth, fostering a convivial yet composed environment. Culinary offerings were diverse, meticulously prepared, and aesthetically appealing. Staff exhibited consistent decorum and alacrity, ensuring all needs were promptly met. The room was both immaculate and ergonomically designed, ideal for repose and productivity. Facilities, including high-speed internet, functioned seamlessly throughout. Communal areas facilitated both leisure and informal discourse. Cleanliness and operational efficiency were maintained at an exemplary standard. The overall experience was marked by both refinement and reliability. I would unreservedly endorse this establishment to discerning travelers and professionals alike.

The rooms and washrooms are compact, extremely suffocating. Our fault we didn't check the room size. Thankfully on request we were given a room with a window but the size was same. However, that was a smoking room. But, we decided to adjust with the smell throughout the stay because to ask them for a room change again, would be a hassle. Manager is helpful but he tends to treat cx genuine concerns as favours. The lady at front desk lacks basic professionalism, doesn't want to tell her name but has the audacity of saying no to guest for room cleaning and would stick to the hotel timings without considering any genuine reasons by the guest. Extremely rude and uncooperative. Breakfast was included but the people serving it lack basic hygiene. Their intension is good, however they should be trained that after holding mop they must never touch guest food with bare hands without washing them. Manager must take these things into consideration. No hand wash was there in room but the front desk guy behaved as if it's weird to ask for it and we must manage with the shampoo. He gave us a soap only when I insisted and got approval regarding that from the manager. Not at all guest friendly. As if it's a favour. Overall disappointed with the front desk team but would appreciate HK team. Front office staff, be a little grateful towards your guest and avoid showing them attitude. It is the guest you are working for and not the other way around.

"I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Mayfair tower. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were excellent. The location was perfect for exploring Ruby hospital and acropolis . I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Horrible place. Least hospitable management with the most unclean rooms and bathrooms. Half the things are broken or don't work. No toiletries were provided. Heater didn't work in most rooms and when asked it would take 2 days to change the coil. Plumbing leaking. Black mould growing in room ceilings. Would not recommend pigs to stay here

Good behaviour staff, responsible and helpful . stay And good for anyone.. feel like new place. very easy to relocate... and good vibes, plants and flowers also better decoration.

Stayed couple of time here. You can visit here either you are unamarried, married or bachelor.Smooth experience, and friendly behaviour of the staff...and food is also good...Room is also well maintained... Recommended...
