Hotel Lee International

1. The road chamber had leaked, forcing us to enter the hotel through dirty water. The hotel staff merely observed us without offering any assistance. 2. The room was filled with smoke from a previous smoker guest. We had to suffer that smell for the duration of our stay. It was very uneasy. 3. The room was without ventilation. 4. The given room was quite old and poorly furnished. The bathroom was very basic and unremarkable. 5. Area around the hotel is also not that great.

This budget hotel offers solid room service and a small ground-floor restaurant with tasty food. However, the bedding felt outdated, and the in-room refrigerator was non-functional. The location is a drawback, as the surrounding area is noisy and unclean.

Lee international is a mid range hotel with restaurant. Poor maintainance in some extent, the positive thing is the buffet breakfast I enjoyed the most. The wifi works sometimes and other times not. No vehicle parking neither in the hotel campus not the roadside. For a day or two this can be manageable.

I stayed with my family for 3 days from 21st Nov to 24th Nov....the personal care taken by Manager Rizwan and his staff during our stay was amazing...the quality service they offered, right from arranging good food, arranging cab and making sure that we are safe and comfortable, is highly appreciated. The hotel is centrally located and easily reachable to all tourist spots.

I recently stayed at Hotel Lee International, Kolkata, for two days, and my experience was absolutely wonderful. The food was excellent, and I especially loved the karak tea I ordered--it was outstanding in taste. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly, professional, and well-educated. They truly went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. A special mention goes to the property manager, Mr. Rizwan. His behavior was exemplary, and he was incredibly helpful in every possible way. Despite being busy in Kolkata, he assisted us with so many things, and we really appreciate his kindness and support. Overall, my stay at Hotel Lee International was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service and hospitality. Thank you, Mr. Rizwan, and the entire team for making our stay memorable!
