Hotel Ivory Inn

I booked 3 rooms and it was an absolute disaster. The floors were filthy to the point where walking barefoot would leave your feet dirty. The bathrooms were in terrible condition -- the wash basin was leaking, and the overall state was unhygienic and unacceptable.||None of the rooms had basic amenities like bottled water, toilet paper, a kettle, or hot drink facilities. Additionally, the plug points were faulty, with some dangerously taped together. It felt unsafe and unprofessional.||The hotel's location, right on the street, made it extremely noisy, and it was impossible to get a decent night's sleep. Combined with the poor maintenance and cleanliness, this was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had.||I strongly urge others to avoid this hotel unless they take serious steps to improve their standards. A truly regrettable experience!

Had a very nice experience while staying here. The staffs were very polite and attentive, Rooms were clean and very spacious. Breakfast were tasty. The best part is the location. It is situated at the heart of the city just adjacent to Park Street. Almost all the transport is available outside the hotel gate including "The Heritage Team"

I was rather skeptical of the hotel when I read all the negative reviews online. Ended up I am very pleased with my 10 days stay there. The room was spacious although the sofa had burnt marks but overall the room was clean and the environment was rather peaceful and quiet. I stayed at level 3 and there wasn't any loud music or noises as mentioned by previous review left behind by others. The staffs there be it the room service group or the front desk were all very friendly n helpful. Kudos to the staffs of Ivory Inn Hotel gor making my stay a pleasant one.

Excellent service, I'm staying in room number 303. From the day we checked in, We asked for an extra towel and extra pillow, they provided us with everything within minutes. Reception staff is very polite and helpful. We reached the hotel late night as we were coming from Nepal to Kolkata, we booked this hotel online, the hotel staff called us and confirmed the booking. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not well maintained property. No king size bed available in the hotel. Breakfast was mediocre. Totally average hotel not as expected. Rooms are old enough and not maintained at all.. staff's behaviour was also not too good .. Location is the only good thing of this hotel

Rooms are very bad no proper service no proper washroom waste of money the hotel name shouldn't be ivory inn rather it should be named useless hotel. Only 500ml water was provided and later when asked for more drinking water we were told it is chargeable. Humanly how can 2 people survive in 500 ml of water. It was a bigggg mistake to choose this place for our stay.

One of the best hotel to stay in Kolkata. We keep our buyers and suppliers in this hotel. They stay very satisfied and give good review for its rooms, staffs and specially it's location.
