Hotel Hindusthan International

In connection with a conference over two days, I stayed in this hotel for one night recently. Room had unpolished furniture, linen were not clean, bathroom did not initially have any hand towel but only bath towel. Cupboard door was broken - overall not at all a pleasant experience. During dinner, I asked for crisp tandoori roti and what was brought was burnt ones and when pointed out were replace by half cooked ones - again a very bad experience. Spread furing breakfast was limited. The hotel situated in a prime location of Kolkata city, needs immediate refurbishing and upgrading its faciltiies.

Pointer in centre of city the over all ambience was great. Good pool side view ..good buffet with multiple cuisine. Test wise fine and desserts and pastries are awesome . Started served very hot and crispy . Staff and Management are polite always available for any ask .they try best to serve and satisfy at the best

Hotel is good. I would not say this is best. Just okay type. However not bad though.|Cleaning is of good standard if we are taking about rooms.|Staff behaviour is extremely good. That is one good thing. I would give 3/5 overall. |A peaceful place also. View from room windows are also fine.

A decent one, but it's not a 5 star hotel, google however shows its a 5 star. The staff were good, the rooms however needed maintenance, and the building is very old and somehow they have modified it. They have covered the swimming pool as well, it's not in use. Food options could have been better

We stayed here for 4 DN and observed that hotel is good in all respect but the nearby locations of the hotel are actually not so good so that you can even walk at nights or at reasonable time slots. Food is no doubt mouthwatering, service in the rooms is little bit time taking. Staff is polite and cooperative.

It is said that it's a 5 hotel, but it does not live up to its 5 rating. The small outdated rooms, with average breakfast..lack of premium amenities make it look like 2 property. The location is convenient, that's the only positive aspect of our stay. We asked for an extra bed and got it after an hour where in the cot was all rusted and making a creeking sound. The staff seemed unmotivated and their don't care attitude significantly affects the quality of service. This hotel is not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend this for those who are expecting luxurious service

Cleanliness, room services very nice. |Food also recommended. Very near to the Tourist places like Victoria memorial and St. Cathedral. Rabindra Sadan Metro station nearby. Mr Ashok, the housekeeping staff was very generous to help. Good for stay.

It is very good housekeeping cleaning the name is AjijaBiBi and executive Prabhjit kaur.|The behaviour and cleaning is very good. Room is very excellent, my ( Awadhesh Kumar Saroj) room No. Is 406, stay date from 22.02.2025 to date 26.02.2025. It's so very clean and the have a good service.|AjijaBiBi behaviour and work is so nice, she is helpful nature, i am so impressed.|I pray to god to wish them a bright future.
