Too good place to stay and veg food ....in the heart of bura bazar

Poor service. Waiting time in the lobby at reception 10-15 minutes. Worst service ever

Basic and secure hotel at a good location. Reasonable room tariff if you are planning for shopping. Few of the staffs are pretty good mannered, few of them are ill mannered (they answer you back rudely). PS. THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA FOR WATER BOTTLES, AND EVEN ADD GST TO IT (Illegal and should be sued). I could not fight because of lack of time but in case you have time, do drag them to court!

Hotel is clearly over-priced and bad. Rooms are very small and tiny. Washroom is also very bad and smelly. Railway beds and cushions are more comfortable than those provided by the hotel. To to it off they are charging 3,500 for this nonsense.

They must need to renovate there hotel now... Just coz of location and there staff good service.. people use to go there if u remove this two factor then no one will visit again...very small rooms very uncomfortable bed and very very small bathroom
