Hotel Esteem

Very very good experience - Mr Nitesh Pandey, Mr Arghya Das , Mr Sumit Bose ,Mr Amitav Chowdhury we're so helpful and cooperative , I will definitely recommend this hotel , and revisit again ,whenever coming to Kolkata .Nice Hotel.

Rooms are ohk but need repairing as most of the decor item are old and on the verge of replacement situated near to bhowanipur which makes it accessible also near to market place, cabs are available 24/7 food is good and at affordable price you can order your food via zomato also

Apart from the well connected location, nothing goes well for Hotel Esteem. Rooms are cramped and shabby. AC snores a lot and so does the fan. There is no ventilation at all in the rooms.

Absolutely satisfied. Nice environment with great service. Near Netaji Bhavan Metro Station with lots of other available communication. The food is really good and worth it according to the price. Stayed here on 15th and 16th December 2024. Memorable Stay.

It is a good hotel under a very reasonable budget. Staff behaviour was quite good . Only the breakfast menu could be better.

Pradeep Ala, today I want to give a review of Hotel Esteem. I have been in the travel business for the last 6 years, and I have never seen such a terrible hotel or such awful service. It's beyond belief how bad this hotel and its service are. Please do not stay at this hotel. It is by far the worst, the worst, the worst hotel in Kolkata. Please travel agent, please believe in my words.

Rooms here are quite small in area. Can't see outside in the ground floor rooms. Although number of rooms are in large enough here. This hotel is good for a large number of gathering or for training purposes. The location is not good at all. But one thing I must say, staffs behaviour, services and housekeeping are quite good that can outmatch with 5 star hotel also. 24/7 services available here. Food quality is best, hygienic and healthy also.

The location is very quiet and slightly inside the gully, 500m far from the main crowded area of shops, restaurants where you can get all you wanna eat. These are open in midnight and some are open till 4am as well. Within 1km the other side, you can also find bus stand and the main road for any transportation. Had a pleasant experience, the staff were polite and professional. You can opt out for breakfast in case not needed. The rooms were of decent space, neither very big, nor very small for a single person. You get AC, toiletries and water bottle inside the room. Overall a good place to stay.
