Hotel Emirates

It was a horrible experience. Available photographs on internet not right! Rooms I stay is very small and smell are coming like rainy season.... Air conditioning not working properly but available. No single chair insurance de the room No window Too much suppcation Washroom is very small ....just start and end You need to compromise in wath and stoll location ... It's just any facilities to stay not to stay with clam mind Cost is expensive.... No Safety ...and safety checkin Now come to the good part i.e. dinner and breakfast quality is good and testy food

I stayed there with my family for 4 days in the month of November 2024 booked via make my trip. The room allotted to us was very bad in condition especially the floor tiles are damaged, bathroom tiles were slippery etc. It is not value for money. However, in our stay, we loved the food served at their restaurant including complementary breakfast. All the staff especially restaurant staff were very friendly.

Good experience. Location is near New Market, Park street area and it is conveniently located. It is located at a crowded location so not all will like it. Service is good. Complimentary breakfast options can be more but good.

I reached Hotel Emirates exhausted and sleep deprived after a 5 AM flight from bangalore, arriving at 9 AM--just 2 hours before check-in. Despite having vacant rooms, they first denied early check-in and then suddenly after 10 min they told a vacant room is available only if I paid 1500 extra. This was nothing but a greedy, unfair money grab. I have no other option to pay unfair 1500 additional fpr 2 hour early checkin To make matters worse, my booking included welcome drinks , but they never provided them false advertising at its finest. This hotel only cares about squeezing money from guests, not about hospitality or service. Completely untrustworthy--avoid at all costs. A hotel should prioritize hospitality, guest comfort, and ethical service, not exploit tired travelers who have no other option. The lack of basic empathy and dishonest practices here were beyond disappointing.

The service was extremely bad, the staff at the reception were rude and definitely do not understand the hospitality industry. I had requested thrice to clean the garbage in my room and nobody turned up. I requested for water bottles and they charged for it saying a logic that only while cleaning the room they will give free water bottles! Rooms were tiny as well. Edit: They way the administrator of the page is replying rudely to reviews instead of taking it as feedback explains the nature of the hotel. Thanks for revealing this side to the public.

The hotel is located in the area where all the attractions are within walking distance. The problem is that the conditions all of the attractions in the city are, in my opinion, not maintained properly at all.Other than that, the hotel staff are very polite and understanding. Although I have arrived very early, like 4 am. in the morning, the front desk opened the door and allowed me to stay in the lobby till dawn. I am very grateful for that.

Decent Stay, but Needs Improvement. I stayed at Hotel Emirates in Kolkata for a business trip. The location is convenient, being close to major attractions like Park Street and VFS for US Biometrics. The rooms were clean and offered basic amenities like air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The front office staff doesn't even give a smile and is a bit rude in answering our queries. The hotel's restaurant serves decent food, but the menu could be more varied. The parking facilities were adequate, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. However, it was very surprising to see that the breakfast time is 8:30AM in the morning. No sure why they prefer having a late breakfast. Overall, it was an average stay. While the hotel has potential, there are areas that need improvement to enhance the guest experience.

Very irritating... don't go... please choose another hotel....staff are very rude....price is very very high for this type of room.. real room and pictures are very much different....so don't go.. thanks
