"I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my visit. They were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed, which made my experience even more comfortable. The ambiance of the hotel was also quite nice and gave a relaxing vibe. However, the one major downside was the food. Unfortunately, it did not meet expectations at all. The quality and taste were far below average, and it was quite disappointing considering how good the rest of the hotel experience was. I would recommend staying here for the service and comfort, but I hope the hotel makes serious improvements to its food offerings."

Last year in December during my wedding, my in- laws and the whole groom family stayed there. The feedback I have received from them is quite disappointing. The rooms were not clean enough. Bugs were there, cockroaches, rat eggs and what not were in the washroom. I never expected this from the hotel. The food was really nice though according to my family. I would suggest the hotel authorities to kindly look into this matter. Cleanliness is what guests always look for. Please upgrade your service a little better in terms of it. Thank you!

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell and was full of dust, clearly showing a lack of proper cleaning. It felt unhygienic and uncomfortable from the moment I entered, and it was clear that proper upkeep is not a priority here. On top of that, the food quality was extremely poor. The bathroom was terribly dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned at all - it was unacceptable and definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away if you care about cleanliness and decent food.

I will breakdown my review into specific sections so it will help you decide if this is the place you want to stay at when visiting Kolkata. The TL;DR version is, if you are a stickler for cleanliness and need your room (and bathroom) spick and span, this is not the place for you. If you just need a place to dump your luggage and catch some sleep and then go about your business in the city, this is an okay place. ** Staff: Irrespective of all the critical points below, the staff in general was very congenial. The proprietors need to step in and do whatever it takes to improve the look and feel of the hotel. Rating: 4/5 Rooms: The rooms are okayish if your whole objective is to find a place closer to the airport. They will clean the rooms as told but the way they go about it is what might make the difference. All in all I will give the rooms a 2/5. Building status: The building has not been maintained properly. The passage way is very dimly lit and always smells of whatever is cooking in the kitchen. The hotel management needs to fix this. There is no excuse for smelly and dark passages. Rating: 2/5 Cleaning: The staff is definitely not only underpaid but also does not have the tools to do the job. We caught one of the staff cleaning the basins with a used turkish towel that is used by people after a bath. His excuse was that it was going in the laundry anyway. I don't blame the guy entirely. The need to be supervised. Rating: 3/5 Linen/bedsheets: The way they just dump the used bedsheets on the floor is enough to tell you that cleanliness is not on their priority list. Rating: 1/5 Food: I had only breakfast once here and it was okay. Puri and sabzi. I am not sure how the food is otherwise.

The only best thing about this hotel is the location.. rooms will be neat and clean... But the bathroom walls and many things in the rooms will be found broken... The staff is well behaved... Management needs to take care of minor things like almirah.. door locks.. bathroom showers don't work.. brackets on the wall are rusty...

Location wise great but rooms are not well maintained. With price of 1800 per room we expect better.

I have had the worst worst experience with them And i would not suggest you to chose this hotel. There are many better hotels.

This is a very mediocre kind of hotel, not meant for the high class or even upper class segment. Suitable for those earning upto 15000 p month.
