Good hospitality management in this hotel. Room is clean. Staf behaviour is excellent. Goods quality very good reasonable price

Worst stay ever. Don't ever try this . Totally waste of money . I would give them a negative 5 star rating but it's not available here. I book the room Online & pay the amount via the OYO app. But when I reached the hotel they denied the payment I paid via app & they wanted me to pay them the same amount. After arguing for 15-20 minutes they agreed to pay some less amount. I was so tired & didn't want to search any hotel so I paid the amount for them via UPI. When I went in the room. It was not as the photos. It was very cheap. No clean toilet, Tv was not working, Room was smelling like a fish market. No ventilation. You should spend the money to buy a bucket & mug instead of threatening me for court case. Very bad experience

I can't give 0 star because there is no option. The owner of this worst hotel does not consider anything about the customer. I have booked a room for my mother (72 years old) and she was denied entry because the hotel policy says you cant enter after 10 PM. She was denied to enter in the premises as train became late. I have never heard of such policies in any hotel. Say no to this hotel , say no to Oyo hotels. I wish I were there to take care of this hotel owner by complaining to the police about the indecent behavior of this hotel owner to a senior citizen. You earned 950 Rs. Congrats. Your parents did not teach you lessons of humanity.

This hotel is very near by to International Airport Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose only for walking distance 1.4 km. This hotel is very good service is too good room condition on a student food is very good staff behaviour also very good.

This hotel good hospitality management. Staff is very help me for carry my luggage.
