Good hotel in Park street area. Good staff with warm welcome. Kudos to Kanisk and Subhojit for his warm reception. ||The hotel is at a premium location with good connectivity. The food options are completely veg so good for veg lovers. Overall a very good budget hotel.

One of the best hotels I have stayed ever in this budget. The hotel is situated at the very strategic place and very near to Rabindra Bhavan Metro Station. The Park street market is on the walking distance from here. The rooms are relatively small but good for queen size bed. Full of all necessary facilities like closet, TV, Intercom phone, Desk with Chair, side table and tea/coffee set. The toilet was quite clean and hygienic with nice shower panel. They have the dispensers installed for Shower gel and Shampoo. They provide all necessary toiletries and towels. The staff are quite humble and decent. The quality of food is awesome. The buffet breakfast was quite good. They used to serve freshly made Dosa in the table. The fresh cut fruits counter was full of fruits and juices. During our stay I did not find anything adverse to share here. The hotel is not accessible to wheelchair . Availability of plenty of RO drinking water. This restaurant is LGBTQ+ Friendly. Planning to visit Kolkata to undertake family background research, we needed a place in easy reach of the city centre. It is about a 15 minute taxi ride. Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Clean bedding and towels are provided daily. One of the main advantages is the in-house vegetarian restaurant and bar. We experienced breakfast, lunch and dinner where we were able to try, and enjoy, the many dishes on the varied menu. The menu extends to Asian and continental dishes. Beers, wine, spirits and soft drinks are available at the bar and with meals. The facilities, including a lift/elevator, are satisfactory although looking a bit 'tired'. There is some noise from the busy junction, but it tails off at night, thus does not disturb sleep.

A very cosy accomodation close to the US Consulate. Mr. Kanish was very friendly at the front desk and was attentive to all my needs. ||Rooms were well kept and the washroom was very clean. Service was available all through the night including a night menu.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Rooms are really small with extremely dirty curtains . The room rent they are charging is just for the location and you can get much better properties near by at less price. ACs dont work , no ventilation and the worst part is they charge extra for a 3rd person in the room but don't even provide a mattress . If you book online they will allocate the worst room they have and keep the good one's for the walk in customers. Will never ever visit this hotel and would ask anyone else to stay away from it.

I had two days stay at Casa Fortuna in connection with a visa interview. The room was neat and clean with all facilities one need for comfortable stay. The service was very good and the vegetarian food at the restaurant was tasty. Overall the experience was very good.

The whole hotel experience was quite smooth and excellent. The check inn and check out experience was quite hassle-free, we were catered by Tanishk at the reception; the whole staff was quite professional and friendly. Also restaurant served carious cuisines and delicacies with a good taste and hygiene. Would recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay

Prime location and friendly staff. Kanishk helped me with hassle free check-in experience and made my 9 day stay a pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious, well-ventilated and clean. Everything is in excellent condition and the housekeeping is prompt and efficient. Although the location is prime, you will hardly hear any noise or disturbance. This hotel is suitable for family and couples and I can't recommend it enough.
