Hotel Bhanu International

Rooms are very beautiful no doubt. Clean and comfy. But the services are horrible service boys are never on time whenever called. No food service is available. You have to buy your won food from nearby market. They just provide room nothing else.

Worst. Worst. Worst. Worst. Worst. Worst! Highly recommended not to stay, Worst behavior at service. no Hot water with geyser, no lift, rooms are not clean as they money charges. we are giving around 1000rs they didn't provide water also, bad response at service people. They didn't deserve at least 1 star, food (always salty) is not good as per money. even if we go out for (lunch, dinner or any where) they ask our room key without a purpose and it is mandatory and if our things will theft who will be the responsible for that.

Very poor service and not well cleaned rooms. The towel is only provided if asked. They are also very rude and give slang. I will recommend staying at the station instead of this.

The receptionist is very rude and not so friendly. I rented it for 1 day, and the service was very poor. Prices are very high according to the room. I advise you to take a room at the Palash hotel instead of this.

Average experience. Lift are not working position. After 11 pm they closed entry to the hotel.

The place is New, so it's neat & clean. Price is relatively lower than the two other places nearby. Other then that there isn't much to mention, service is basic. Not many customers at this point, so the place is mostly empty.

Third class hotel with zero service. Staffs dont respond once u are done with the checkin process. No hot water available. Towel provided only if u ask, that too dingy & stinky. Mobile charging point isnt available near bed. No lift. No proper ventilation. Not worth your penny please note.

OK if you want an AC room in Barasat. Just room, nothing else, not even a good experience. Owner's son will barge in your room at any time citing any work. Staff would be rude. No basic amenities. You'll have to ask for towels and shop multiple times then you get it.
