HOTEL ASTON INTERNATIONAL

The Hotel is a situated on Harish Mukherjee road near the happening Balwant Dhaba area where there 24 hours eateries are, thus it's always accessible with cabs. Rooms are spacious. We got a suite room for 3500. Although they don't have restaurant but they have a menu card in the room and will get the food ordered quickly. Staff here is very polite and helpful. There will always a smile for any request made, either housekeeping, food or the front desk.

Good customer service. Room rent seems kind of ok for that place as you can find some visiting places nearby.From howrah station its nearly 12 km and taxi will cost you up to rs700. Very cooperative staff.

The hotel location is in a place easily accessible. The check in was very easy. The rooms were spacious and necessary amenities available. The food was was great and the room service was very much applaudable. Overall a very good stay.

Title: Terrible Experience - Had to Check Out Early Review: My stay at the Aston International Hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, with the worst behavior I've ever encountered. There was no system management whatsoever, and the receptionist was particularly incompetent, making lame excuses to deny our check-in. The experience was so bad that I had to check out early and find another hotel. To make matters worse, I booked through MakeMyTrip, and they were of no help at all in resolving the situation. Save yourself the trouble and avoid booking this place. It's a complete waste of time and energy. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Not like a 3 star hotel. Other without star hotel better than this. They made a super deluxe room for us by attaching a folded bed and bathroom mug was broken, no toilet paper and Uncleaned bathroom. Room service was good only.

I have not stayed there.. but rest of things are good.. Like food and services.

The Stay from 2nd Oct to 5th Oct 2023 with the hotel was terrible due to the followings||1. Their break fast policy. They have fixed up a rate of Rs 150 per person. The first day they did not charge anything for the breakfast. However on the second day for the same break fast which I took on the first day they charged me giving all kind of explanation that I had exceeded the alloted limit. I had an unnecessary heated argument on the same. They have never mentioned anywhere during the booking that breakfast is limited to Rs 150 and they have neither provided with any breakup of the prices as well. If I knew this I would have never booked with them. They are absolutely cheater who would like to cheat their customers. ||2. Secondly the toilet seat cover was completely broken and they never bothered to replace or repair it.||3. Thirdly the shower in the wash room was not working properly atall and they never bothered to repair it. ||4. They initially provided with a faulty remote which they replaced upon my request||To conclude I request the owner Mr. Dhanraj Singh to critically into the operation of the hotel so that other guest does not suffer like me. For me I will never ever stay with this hotel.

All is well. Dinner Food is very oily. Needs to be made less oily. Breakfast is sumptuous. Room 205 is clean and HK is prompt. AC and WiFi is good inside room. Only suggestion is: Pl. install an exhaust Fan in wash room and grill around wash room window. It's suffocating inside the Washroom. Also bathroom mat is required.
