The rooms were ok but very congested. Room service ok Location is good.

Loved our stay at this hotel. The staff and Manager here are so caring and well behaved. The room and linens were very clean, and the washroom was decent. We got a balcony attached room. The restaurant food was also ok. All I would suggest is to add more Bengali dishes to the restaurant menu. Thank you

Review as on date 11jan24 Worst hotel in bowbazar, mineral water bottle Rs50. So take it from outside before entering.If you have given order for lunch & dinner rest assured you will have to wait one hour extra to get it served. Very old property. Cat fight goes on whole night in the staircase so you will not be able to sleep. Won't recommend to anyone to stay here.

This review is specifically for the bar of Hotel Airlines. It's situated at Bow Barracks, just behind Broadway Hotel and the main reason to go there is to avoid the unnecessary hype, crowd and chaos of Broadway. The prices of the alcohol on the cheaper side, the food is good here. A beer comes at 210 INR and other drinks starts at 100 INR for 60 ml. When it comes to food, there are many options but I settle with Egg Bhujia/Egg Pakora/Chicken Pakora. They provide complimentary fryums, mixtures and ginger juliennes with chaat masala. The waiters are courteous and you can smoke inside too.

I had booked this hotel for my closed ones who visited over there for examination purpose. It's okay for 1 night stay with friends but not recommended for family or ladies as the hotel staffs were drunk at night and the locality does not have much facilities. Overall the room was okay though the bathroom was very small.

Hello Readers||||Before check in please go through the below points on the hotel , also must go through the attached photographs.||||1-The taxi driver at Howrah station let me beleive that the hotel is a very Nice hotel , so i checked in there.||2- Cleanliness is such a thing which is a basic right of eveery custoner irrespective of budget . Somebody should not sleep on the bed with bedsheet and pillow cover used by previous customers.||3-The floors were so dirty that you simply cannot walk with bare foot.||4- Interestingly i had get a towel only after arguing for 5-10 mins.||5-If you find a insect in your bed dont get surprised.||6- No mosquito repellant inside room.||7-No soap inside bathroom , i asked for same and reply was 'Now its too late in the night and shops are closed , so we cannot get '.||8-Toilet and bathroom are no better than a sleeper coach train's toilet .||9-Staff behaviour was really good until get get to manage you to give them their 1st advance.||10-They charged me 1200 rupees from 10 Pm in the evening to 7:30 AM next morning. But beleive me the Hotel does not worth that.||11-The surrounding is not good , in front of Hotel there is a GARBAGE processing unit and also a Local public toilet.||12-Due to frequent chaos for the outside vendors neither you can sleep early in the night nor you can sleep for a late in the morning.

I had visited the restaurant only to have dinner with friends. Nice place nice ambiance. Food price is not that much but food quality and quantity is really good.
