HOTEL AADYAMA DAKSHINESWAR

I was booked the banquet and all together 4 rooms because of my Daughter's Rice Ceremony function. My experience was very bad. Blanket and towels are never been washed, all the rooms were stinking, commodes were overflowing, door locks were broken,Staff behaviour was bad lots of mismanagement and communication gap. I would not recommend anyone.

I visited Kolkata in July for darshan at Dakshineswar Kali Temple and Kalighat. The hotel was not far from the dakshineshwar temple and easily accessible by auto.As we planned to stay near Dakshineshwar temple.. Hotel Adyama is a great place to stay--the staff are cooperative and polite, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Their service was very helpful and pleasant.

The hotel was real nice, a bit far away from Dakshineswar and airport, but the location is accessible and nice. The staff are very polite and they do extend their help as much they can. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. One particular staff, Sanjay, made sure that food was available even in wee hours. The only problem was that the hotel doesnt have its own kitchen. Although food is available around the hotel easily.

Most worst hotel.. beds towels never washed.. Toilets and commode always overflowing.. Staffs behaved like that customers are thankful that they have provided accomodation to them.. Restaurant not available but they commit that they will arrange foods .. but no such guarantee..

The rooms were horrible especially the bathroom. The towels were as if never washed including the curtains which smelled. Whole night the lift made noise, God knows what work they did at night. Worst experience.
