I booked for single bedroom. Room is clean and compact for a single person. Hospitality is awesome. Staffs are so polite and respectful, best place for a stay in.

Hotel staff used my trimmer while i was out during cleaning of the room. When i asked the receptionist that it has happened he said is there any problem if it happened. I had to immediately check out the hotel because i was not feeling safe there , very unprofessional behaviour. Also saw a small snake in my room in the night.

This has been one of my worst experiences in a hotel. The 3 sitter bedroom we were first put up in was small, the bathroom really tiny, and the basin was congested and flooding into the room. While the 2nd room they shifted is into was ok, we were asked to go back to the initial room on the 2nd day which we refused. Basic services like toilet paper was not provided, we had to categorically ask for the complimentary water bottle every single day in our 6 day stay, there is no tea or breakfast service till 9.45AM, the staff was argumentative and had a very poor sense of customer service. Overall, will never go back and not recommend to anyone And anyone reading this can get a sample of the staff & service from their response below.

Main door closes around 10pm..and there was water log in side door in small rain....you have to open your shoes and explore drain water before going to hotel. Room size is good.bed was dirty...property is small. Washroom is very small.

Fine family hotel with sufficient amenities. Staff was friendly though not so professional. The ambience is 4/5. Room maintenance is 5/5. Well located with markets and other tourist attractions. Also no trouble in navigation or cab bookings to pick up directly at the hotel. Overall we had a good and satisfactory experience staying here.

Not so good but not very bad.. Like an average hotel rooms..

Cozy rooms, well maintained and very hygienic.. The bathrooms are quite small but clean so it won't sting you much.. The rooms are starting from 1700 but worth it.. Comfortable stay and couple friendly

Room is good and clean Location is superb Girish park metro 5mints walking distance, 600mtrs Shyambajar 1 km, manicktalla approx 1km Room rent is average high. Out side foods are allowed Staf beheviour are show much good and clear.
