Hotel 16 Avenue

I stayed for 3 nights at this place. Rooms are tiny but properly maintained with clean washroom. Room service is quick. Food served at the hotel is a bit expensive.

The hotel is consisted of Level 4 and 5 of the buiding and a cafe in the rooftop wth a view of the Hawrah Bridge. The hotel is newly built and as such is neat and clean. This hotel is maximum 2.5 to 3 stars compared to an Australian hotel. Pros: Good and helpful staff. Rooms are neat and clean. Bathroom is clean with hot and cold water. Two small water bottles are given in house with some toiletries like small shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. You get hot water kettle, cups and tea in the room with a small cupboard with hangers for your clothes. Few rooms have city view (mainly street view). Toilet tissues were provided upon request. Late night staff assistance available at the reception. Air condition works. Cons: No table, no hair dryer or iron. Rooms are comparatively small. No TV subscription and hence no channel. No "Do not disturb or Make my room" sign. You need to go to reception to request to make up room and leave your key. Cafe sells only vegetarian food. The entrance is via a small corridor. The hotel sign could have been bigger and easy to miss. Huge roadside vehicle noise at night as the hotel is situated near a main road. If you are light sleeper get a room inside, not road side. Overall I was happy to stay here.

Good location, entrance is a bit narrow but near Ram Mandir. Rooms are nice, room service is alright as food is brought from outside, restaurant is present on the top floor but only Veg options are available.

the hotel is in a busy bustling location. had a pretty accommodating and nice stay. the staff were helpful and aided us well with everything. they helped us with organizing an anniversary party from the decor to the food pretty well. it was a satisfactory stay given the price.

The rooms are great--clean and hygienic. Don't be fooled by the entrance; the rooms are nice. They're small, with just a bed and enough walking space, but the bathroom is new and spotless, with good accessories. Service is also good, and the price is reasonable, so I'm happy overall. The only issue is that the receptionist mentioned they don't accept international customers, so keep that in mind.

Really Comfortable stay, clean and location on main road, good connectivity to all areas. Location is perfect for shopping around bara bazar. Hotel staff is really cooperative. I had forgotten my earpods at the hotel and hotel staff informed me and coordinated to get it back to me. Really helpful. Thanks for the pleasant stay.
