HOPE INN KOLKATA

Worst hotel ever experienced in Kolkata,AC is not working ,water is getting out from the AC,washroom is also not in proper condition,contaminated water is entering in bed room from the bathroom.TV is fitted on the wall without any recharge. No response received from the manager after complaint.

Very nice rooms, clean and posh, nice service. Staffs are all very polite friendly, caring.No doubt the owner is a perfect person and his/her management is simply awesome. I stayed 4 nights 5 days... stay was absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. I strongly recommend this Hotel in VIP Nagar which is just near to Science City.

Pretty bad experience actually, I stayed there for 2 nights. First of all they didn't provide any sandals in my room. Then there was no tissue paper in my room and washroom as well. Upon asking the person on reception said they don't provide tissue papers. That was a bad experience actually. Finally during checkout when i asked i am going to pay with card, he said if i pay with card i will have to pay 8% extra. which was a new experience. I don't understand why would you use a machine that cuts 8% from you? use other banks pos machine !!? Then when the receptionist had nothing to do about it (though he has no idea about anything you ask) I agreed to pay with added 8% charge, there Pos machine declined. But i received notification from bank that money was cut from my account. But the receptionist kept denying that he hasn't received the payment, as his machine was not functioning. Then i went to an atm withdrew money and had to pay him in cash again. paid double the amount. Horrible experience there. Please keep a pos machine that works

Rooms are not that nice , it's just okeyish, you can get better in same price range. But location and service is good.

The room is very neat and clean, clean sheets, washroom very clean. They have different categories of room, price ranges from 1200 to 2000. The location is very convenient too. Not far from Science city.

Better price good ambitions. Good connectivity to the hospitals airport, and railway stations. Even especially home made foods Overall we can feel as our another home in the Joy of city

Excellent service, friendly and welcoming staffs. The rooms were very clean and cozy. It was such a comfortable stay. Location is an ease to access.

Excellent location with nice hospitality. Very much close to all reputed private hospitals in Kolkata and nearby all facilities like main road,bank, ATM all are available. Highly RECOMMENDED..
