The rooms are very good. Aesthetics are on point and very comfortable beds. The bathroom is really great. But dinner or lunch is not available. Tea is available.

Newly constructed hotel. The location is good. Rooms are spacious and modern. Service is prompt and cordial.

Most horrific experience. Booked the hotel after seeing reviews & images. It's out of Oyo. Bad smelling rooms, old clothes, no breakfast, horrible. As I had Visa interview at VFS no time for change I had to go through the unthinkable

Highly secure place. They take extreme care to do the formalities. If you arrive with an online booking from OTA, you are bound to face check-in hassles. First they will deny you booking and later they will ask you to pay extra than what is promised by your booking app. You can also expect step motherly treatment with no quilt available in your room. Even for double booking, they will just give one towel. They actually don't expect proper guests to come and rely on couples who are looking for quick stay. Even if you have confirmed booking, they will still chuck you in a worst possible room. However, walk-in guests are treated well. The staffs are friendly and helping. There is food available for you to order. Overall, not suitable for long term stay.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. But, still needs improvement. I found the towels were dirty. Bedsheets had holes and they were dirty too. Pillow cover was like they never has cleaned it. You will not find any table or something where you can eat.one of the switch near the bed was not working. Washroom was very much clean but the window was like you can watch from outside.

The hotel is situated in a very nice place. I can't say whether the room was perfectly sanitised before my entry. Still I will believe that that did that. However, customers should definitely ponder more on this fact. The service is also very good. They normally bring foods from a nearby restaurant and the we need to pay in cash for the ordered food. It would have been better it they could have combined the costs of food/cold beverages with the fixed hotel price so that one can pay digitally. I personally feel that going digital is much more important in this pandemic era as it limits contact. Secondly, the service of the restaurant was okayish. I ordered an item, but they delivered something else. Well, that was not the fault of the hotel. But the restaurant authority apologized to me later. The food seemed to be okay. (At least I am believing that they maintained proper hygiene while preparing food. But again I can't confirm it as I do not know how the food was prepared. Given that the hotel was very good, I am just expecting the best case scenario)
