Glassotel

So the fact is I have booked their highest paid room and when I asked my colleague who was also in the same hotel the previous month. I was amazed that the room they have provided me in the 1650 plus gst and same room my colleague booked 1350 plus gst. Room number was 101, they are thinking people are fool. I have a damn issue with their service and breakfast. Before booking hotel kindly ask them to show all their rooms varieties otherwise they rob you too. Room was not big enough and corners are bit curved and not comfortable at all

Sub standard service Sub standard rooms Dirty rooms Please don't forget to carry ur bathroom slippers they don't give u that . Bring all the necessary things.hotel provides u nothing except for a bed. Probably the worst one in the city. Inexperienced staff. Untasty food.

My sincere request to all do not book this hotel . Very bad service with high price . Rooms are very tiny. Ac & fan are not working . Hotel has no alternate power supply if power cut happens . We have to stay whole day with out electricity in the scorching hit.

It's good hotel. The manager is really good and he helped us in getting everything smooth. The food needs to be improved also the breakfast which is part of room was served however there is a portion control and they mentioned it again and again when you go for breakfast it's sounds very odd and weird i was with a foreigner friend and he felt very awkward. I mean if one can pay for 7000 for 3 nights than they can pay for extra consumption as well.

Average budget hotel. Rooms are small but if you are on a budget and this location suits you for your purpose of visit in Kolkata, you can consider Stayed here while attending a family function in the nearby banquet.

Only pros are the location and the service. Except that paying 3k is not worth it. They say toiletries ,toothbrush and Shampoo are there. But they won't tell you that you have to pay for the same and those are not in the room. Food is okish but eatable. There is complementary breakfast but don't expect something as eat as you want as there you will be given a single portion only and nothing more.you have to pay for it anyway if you want extra.also it felt pretty stale.
