excellent room service, staff behavior is also very good... I don't know how others have rated poorly bt in my case it's all good...

I request everyone to please avoid this property and avoid using OYO app,, I've never experienced such scam before.. They show different price on app and when you go to the place,, it will be said " Sorry, we can't provide you room, all full"... Only we public can unitedly can stop this nonsense, just stop using the app and don't ever book the property. I curse them from my heart, it will not go in vain.

The person who owns the property is very indecent. He talks rudely, doesn't care about the service, once asked doesn't give a damn about any queries. A definitely avoidable hotel. Doesn't accept Oyo bookings and doesn't clarify that over call as well. Once you reach the property you're in for a turbulence. All the best for people who choose to stay here.

Thugs !booked room when reached they said they are full and told me to cancel the booking and they will provide rooms with extra charges ! OYO is becoming scams these days ! Make sure you ignore such properties

Stay away from this hotel...from wherever u book it's a clickbait..the owner intentionally lessen the online price for you to book. And once u book he won't respond to ur call till the very moment of ur check in date. And now the booked room becomes non refundable. He now asks for very higher price quoting "didi, amader ei salt Lake e ekta minimum price hoy..u cancel it otherwise" ironically u can't cancel @very last moment.u end up paying what he quotes and app price from wherever u book

Firstly they are not ready to accept OYO bookings at cheaper rates! Secondly they will ask for full advance payment and will not return the change balance if you pay more than the rent. They ask private questions which makes it an uncomfortable stay since beginning. No water was available in the early morning hours and room service was unavailable. All the negative reviews are absolutely correct and the positive ones are done by the staff friends in order to increase ratings which is a scam. Request OYO or MMT to remove flagship against this hotel otherwise they will ruin your image horribly. Lastly they misbehaved with me and forcibly took extra charges. I have no other place to go when I went for checkin. Please viewers don't visit this hotel. There are much better hotels available in that area if utmost required. I lost Rs. 300 during my booking period as I couldn't book through OYO since they rejected my OYO booking. Take strict actions against this hotel. Thank you!

We booked this property from Oyo. On reaching their the staff told that they are sold out and there are no rooms available. They asked us to call Oyo and cancel our booking and then they can provide us a room. Since I had a exam the other day we were left with no choice and had to pay extra and more money than we actually paid via Oyo. Please do not book such properties. They are thugs.

Horrible experience. The location was completely wrong and the place is 500 meters away from the actual location. There is no signboard or direction, no contact number also. Absolutely careless and poor customer care. The staff is indifferent towards the guests. The reception asked us to sit and wait when we first went with our booking. After 10-15 minutes of waiting, they told us that due to some hotel policy they cannot accommodate us, even though no such condition was mentioned in the hotel policy on the website. On asking them to contact Agoda(through which we had booked) for cancellation, they refused to do so saying they don't have any tie up with Agoda. Once we left the reception, the person followed us and asked if we were ready to pay double the amount and stay there by booking offline. None of the people are wearing masks, very unhygienic place.
