Flagship Hotel Royal Palace Kolkata

Ummm.... it's a nice hotel for everyone couples and family , friends etc you can go with..... me and my boyfriend goes many times in this hotel for a quality time spending.....and it's great . But sometimes they charge some extra money but all about in the hotel is very good keep it up .

Clean room. Sheets and towel dirty. TV not working. Wifi doesn't work at too floor. They ask to give good reviews in front of them.

Please do not stay in this hotel. 1. They are taking extra charge. 2. If you make cash payment then they did not provide cash bill.

Horrible, specially the lady was at receptionist,her behaviour is very rude,was visiting this place for last 6 months and every time she was rude and never been polite with their visitors. Their service is absolutely pathetic,also there is a boy ,who is helpful and he is always polite but we used to feel home but for that lady we will never visit that place again.

It's extremely difficult to find this hotel. It's a hidden gem in the sense that it knows well how to stay hidden. The rooms are decent for the price, but the AC leaks. The service is patchy. They often refuse to handover keys to room owners!!!!! And outrageously close the hotel gate by 12 AM, which means a late night entry or a late dinner outside will put you in a soup. It's mostly meant for couples servicing each other at extremely mild pocket pinch.
