Flagship 19330 Hotel Aria Mg Road

If i could give 0 stars I would. They knew we were arriving at 3AM but we found the building locked. Then after we were let in and found the lift wasn't working so climbed 4 flights of stairs and then we found the hotel was locked. Then stained sheets, no hot water. We moved to another hotel as soon as we woke up. Terrible experience, stay anywhere else.

Hotel entrance cannot be seen when you get over the place. There is a small book shop having a small entrance/ path to go to this hotel. It's on the 5th floor of the building and except this floor, all the floors are very dirty, uncleaned and Paan spitting everywhere. There is a lift to get you there and the reception person for me was decent and good mannered. Rooms are sufficient for 2 persons and has amenities like Complimentary Breakfast, Wi-fi, Geyser, AC and Dinner facility to your room. Cleanliness is well maintained and public transport to Howrah station or other destinations are easily available just there, including Ola & Uber. Overall, it was a good stay.

The staff is very good. But the location of the hotel is inappropriate. First of all it is located on the 5th floor and 90% of the times both the lifts won't work. So if you have any luggage then it's your bad luck. You will have to work your way up climbing the stairs with the luggage just like me.

Oh the manager Mr Arghya helped us like his family member...we arrived at 12 30 am night...we were hungry. He was a great person. But the hotel is the worst of its kind. No signature board seen from outside road...very much disgusting if you are coming at midnight with family

One of the most neglected property of OYO. Cleanliness and working condition of bathroom fittings not up to the mark. Poor hospitality and rude receptionist. Only good thing - room service boy named Ashar. He is a great asset to the hotel, very well behaved and good hospitality skills. I request OYO people to reward him for his good performance.

Very Dissatisfied with the kind of service these hotels are providing. I had booked in advanced prepaid for 2 days with Goibibo and the hotel denied the check-in. Waiting 1 hr with Goibibo on phone, Goibibo couldn't make the check in themselves saying just a word sorry. Hotels such as these should be blacklisted as they take down the name of Hotel industry in whole. I strongly recommend you to avoid this hotel in particular for the kind of harrasement they have given us.

The Hotel is located on a congested road but is quite near to the Howrah railway station and offers quality accomodation at low prices. The rooms are clean and room service is awesome. The oyo manager herslef came to ask if everything was alright. There is a problem of vehicle parking though near the hotel.

If you are a business person looking for purchase it's ideal place. Its located in the Heart of city .Very near to howrah bridge and howrah Railway station. You can even get food if you order prior. Walkable distance to mgroad metro station, location is convenient to go and visit other places too. I booked my room for rs 1500 per day its reasonable for 2 people stay in heart of city.
