I made a mistake to book this hotel. The room was not cleaned, even the bed sheets and pillows... rooms are not as same as the uploaded pictures. the location is good but the surroundings are bad. Breakfast was really bad. They don't have a proper hall for breakfast, and they serve you very poor-quality light parathas and tea. Worthless Services of the hotel, and the staff of the hotel is don't worry for your requirements. No Shop and Shampoo no other required things are provided in the washroom. I don't recommend to book this.

Average rooms . You get what you pay for. I complained about cigarette smell inside room and they sprayed room freshner. However cigarette smell was still overpowering . I again complained & requested alternate room . However they didn't respond yes or no . Just ignored request even knowing I had kid below 5 with me . I would not recommend this property for families with kids . You can look for other good properties in the area . Location of hotel is good . Thats all .

I made the mistake of booking this hotel last March. The location is horrible, the amenities are nonexistent, and the staff are minimally responsive. The hotel abuts a basti that is infinitely more interesting and welcoming than the hotel. Yes, you get what you pay for, but with this hotel, you don't even get that. It is dirty and depressing. On a positive note, the elevator guy was pretty nice. But it would be best to avoid this place. I would also recommend spending a little bit more for security and comfort.

But the rooftop restaurant was good.

During my 8-day stay, I was disappointed with the lack of room cleaning and bed sheet changes. Food was expensive, and cleanliness was subpar. Despite the convenient location, my overall experience was poor.

Room was small and bathroom was much smaller than expected. Room wall was dirty, mattress uncomfortable. Mattress bedsheet had few cigarette ashes burn marks. On my request they provided me complementary drinking water and towel. The complementary breakfast was just average.

For the price you pay, you can find way better places. Made a mistake staying here. The staff was hot and cold. Some really cold haha, one guy shoved me out of the way. The rooms are not good at all, got the premium room (first they put me in the normal and had to ask to switch). The rooms were not clean, neither were the bedsheets. I would NOT recommend. It has potential but the ownership do not care and think they are doing a service for people paying. Location is just okay. Edit: I was very confused on the hotels rating but looks like fake reviews and lots of people with just one review.... take that with a grain of salt

The room was very dirty, the window was broken, cold breeze and too much noise coming from outside. Didn't even sleep for a minute. Poor location, and not even noticed from outside. Taken time to find the location/hotel. Bit pricey for 1 adult room. Bad experience. Not recommended for 1 adult at this price.
