The management at this hotel is exceptionally kind and accommodating. Even when I encountered an issue with my booking, they handled it with professionalism and care. The value for the price is outstanding--it would be difficult to find a better option at this rate. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit from Canada. ---- Edit in the I was double charged don't stay here management is not good.

This is a Newly Built property and have a modern touch to its rooms.They have a nice touch of comfort. But there is lack of experience and communication in the staffs. They are well behaved though but in the heart of city a property like this,there is no room for mistakes. Pros: Location Transport Cons:1.communication among the staffs 2.Staffs not experience enough for the property.they need to work on it.Yhey need to be professional 3.No water bottles available prior.You have to order and buy it from them. 4.No tissue Rolls available in the bathroom 5.Complimentary Breakfast experience was not good 6.Reception number not mentioned inside the room only kitchen extension is there. These few things are there that needs to be correceted otherwise the property shows a promising future.

LOCATION ..Was it convenient to attractions transportation etc. Cleanliness: Was the room and public areas spotless. Staff: Were they friendly, helpful, and efficient. Overall Experience are so good...

One of the best places to stay. Very nice rooms and perfectly trained staffs. Definitely stying here from now and onwards.

There's no way to reach you. I booked through booking and have my reservation. Received a message from you asking for payment and none of your links nor website works!!! I've been trying to get some answer through the app chat and mail with no success. It all seems like a scam when you see that you're on one side saying that I might loose my reservation and, on the other, there are no possibilities to guarantee it. What a mess!!!

Very horrible and rude behaviour of staff. They don't know how to talk guests. Plz don't go from that place guest house are good as compared. Very poor service management behaviour is very low grade

Imi booked fab samotel for my guest . It's a worst property. No maintenance..wrong photos posted on MakeMyTrip . Receptionist was drinking alcohol. My guest check out and shifted to new hotel. When we raised complaints to higher management of fab. They shamelessly denied refund . Never book any fab property..they are scammer . Unsafe stay. Unhygienic property..

I don't know why this place has so many negative ratings. Trust me, this is one of the best hotels you can stay at the price they offer.
