FabHotel Raj Darbar

I stayed at Fab Hotel Raj Darbar and it was a nightmare. The room reeked of a disgusting odor, like a public dustbin, and the torn bedding was just the beginning. With no remote for the malfunctioning AC, falling-apart lighting fixtures, a leaking electric water heater, damaged flooring, and mould on the walls, every aspect of my stay was disappointing. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Pathetic rooms. First and last time I am using Fab hotels Shady hotel. No proper cleaning. No towels, no toiletries. Even AC was throwing water inside the room. Half of the lights is not working. They dont have ceiling fan in any of the rooms. And the hotel service is the worst. I had to call them 5 times to get a bottle of water. They dont even provide plates and cutleries ,if you are ordering from Zomato. The bathroom condition is awful. Entire hotel is stinking with cigarette smell. Even I found a old toothbrush inside the room lying beside the sofa. The only good thing about the hotel is the location.

It's a worst and worst most experience as we never seen in my life. The fool making photos shown in Fab is totally a different than actually what on ground. A guest wherever, he prefer to stay in a hotel means, he had no any of his own in that particular city or town then he search for a good hotel. We were looted trusting on Fab. That worst hotel doesn't have clean rooms and they don't know what is clean. Unwashed blankets, pillow covers, no any basic facility likeland phone, toiletries, each and everything nothing....this type of hotels actually costs just 500 like but we were collected a three star rated hotel. Even the hotel staff are not ready to feed complimentary breakfast properly to a guest as per commitment. They intends that total money already received if we do not feed complimentary breakfast, guest will not do anything, two days we didn't get complimentary breakfast due to this. Simply the hotel staff casually sitting in reception and saying "breakfast has not yet prepared yet " at 9am. We angerly shouting on them, they are sitting shamelessly idle. Never prefer to stay in Fab hotels.....no suitable room as per money wepaid was not alloted for one and half day...later they changed our room........

Flush was not working. We came to the room at 930pm and then they came to repair on asking. Then the taps had yellow water coming in. Then we saw ac was working at full blast at 16degrees...remote wasn't working. We asked them to do something about it. Nobody came. Next morning frm 840am around there was power cut till 10am...somehow geyser was working...we had to freshen ourselves in pitch dark. Checked out at 1015am.

The staff was very polite, cordial and cooperative throughout our stay. The mattress covers were not clean. The mattresses could have been more comfortable.

Shady rooms, dirty washrooms and pathetic linen and towels. I fail to understand how brands like FAB hotels onboard such properties. The room had mosquitoes, spider webs and dust.

Very bad experience. Reasons are below- 1. Bad behaviour of receptionist who is photo. 2. Outside of hotel is good but inside there are a lot of problems like bathroom dirty, water droping of AC in room, no warm water in bathroom after switching on geyser, no hangers and towels dark varandas etc. 3. No value for guest and booking who booked Online. 4. Service is very bad between 8am and pm only. Before and after in this tim no one will get any thing like water or tea also. 5. Rate can be changed or receptionist can demand unfair amount if checking in before 1 hour also. U have to paid rs300 extra which I paid after online booking through Agoda. I personally suggest to every one who watching my review think 100 times and Reddy to compromise every expectation before book online or offline

They gave us a clean large room with clean washroom. -AC was working fine. -There were wardrobe, table even a sofa in the room. -They also have a in house restaurant and offer room service. - But not all rooms are not so good. They have parking facility infront. -And they sell packaged drinking water at much higher price.
