FabHotel Prime Swagatam International

We booked 3 rooms for families with assurance that we will get early check in. The call centre person spoke to the hotel before final booking. We paid 25percent amount as well. After reaching the property at 6 am early morning after long overnight flight we were told at the hotel that no rooms are available. We had kids and heavy luggage with us. Because of the mismanagement of staff we and our kids had to suffer lot. We felt cheated as well as our booking amount was not refunded

Excellent hotel rooms and service Classy location, near by market area. If you visit with your family or alone this is the best place to stay .

Had a short stay, but Its a nice place with some cool staffs and located in a very suitable place near Kolkata airport.. By the way its cafeteria is a cozy place to spend time with family with some WoWsome food
