FabHotel Heritage - Hotel in Rajarhat

From the outside, it looks nice, but the rooms are very congested and lack cupboards for hanging clothes. The bathrooms are in poor condition; a pipe is broken. Nothing is good about this hotel except its exterior appearance. The shower is useless; the water pressure is very low--it takes almost 15 to 20 minutes to fill a bucket.

Very poor hotel. Worst experience . Room service is very bad . Manager and servents behaviour was rude. Check in time delay 1hr deo to Agoda booking. Poor.poor, poor

our experience was good staffs are also good they behave with us very politely and food also good

Room was not as per display pic. Washroom not cleaned. No wardrobe available in room. Not Happy, further avoid booking through FabHotel.

Horrible location next to hospital and you won't get parking.. rooms are tidy and smelling bad. Overpriced very average food.. better to look around for better choices.. horrible customer service
