FabHotel Eros 211 - Hotel in Lake Town, Kolkata

Had to book this hotel last minute after a mix up with our intended accomodation. The room was very dirty including the bed covers and the towel on the floor outside the bathroom. Even the glasses were dirty, the water bottles left in the room were full but were unsealed. It was so dirty we had to sleep in our clothes on the top of the bed. There was no toilet paper and when I went to reception to ask for some the guy just shook his head! One positive was that although noisy the a/c did work well.|In this present state I wouldn't recommend anyone stop in this hotel.

They charged unnecessarily everything at the time of Checkout, Like:- For Water Bottle they have charged 10 Rupees more for each bottle,, For bedsheet they charged 150 rupees, Worst Experience Ever

Fellow travellers, Do not fall for great images of room. we booked 2 deluxe double rooms for 3 persons. After paying advance we were provided 1 double & 1 single bed room. No complimentary 1 litre water bottle each guest was provided. 1 medium blanket was provided for 2 person. Second blanket ( without cover) was charged Rs 200 per night. No electric kettle was provided. Glass of Hot water was Charged. NO DTH service on TV. After several reminder & 5 Hrs later it was subscribe. A terrible Terrible stay. Water clogging in drain of Room No 206. No action

The plumbing and drainage in washroom is dissapointing. Food waste kept outside the room was lying the same place in the third day and was removed only after complaining. Final day before check out I waited 45 minutes for hot water for my bathing. Location is a plus but the property is not serviced well with bedsheets having stains, it makes it even more dissapointing. Think 10 times if going with your family

while booking it says I can pay with visa card. But when I arrived at the reception I was not able to pay with card... Also I did not had cash because I just arrived in the country. I asked to pay with cash later when I get food and cash out. They did not let me check in before without paying in cash. This is so ridiculous and unfriendly. Please avoid this Hotel my any chance?

I went there and i haven't got room there. I have done the full payment and after reaching the hotel the receptionist told me there is no rooms available. Without staying there what review i can say. I had a very bag experience from your team. Also i lost my money around 6500 also there is no response from the team about my refund.

Worst experience we had a booking for wedding they insulted all the guests over charged for everything never book this hotel they are really very bad and don't respect .we have to feel ashamed infront of guest due to them . asking money to each and every guest for rooms extra bed . already convey in advance whatever charges will be there we are going to pay they really don't deserve to be in hospitality and hotel service they first need to learn how to address guest.
