Fantastic Stay! Highly Recommended!! I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and incredibly helpful, making check-in smooth, efficient and affordable.The room was spotless and spacious. The view from the window was absolutely stunning. I also appreciated the convenient location, which was close to local attractions and public transportation. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, with a variety of great options to choose from. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I'm in town!!

I have stayed in this place before as well. However, this time my experience with the hotel was absolutely terrible. They changed my room twice, even then the air condition was not working. Place like Kolkata in a hot summer time and the AC is not working and they are charging a hefty 2000-2500/- per night - absolutely unacceptable. My suggestion to all who are coming.. make sure you're not choosing the glass room. To the management - kindly make a note of it and ensure you're providing necessities for the price you charge.

Hotel staff behaviour is not good, very rude behaviour, not hygienic, people do not maintain cleanliness. The quality of food is very poor, the room is very congested, the bathroom is also very congested, the lift breaks down from time to time.

terrible experience! 1. we booked it on booking.com. when we came receptionist told us that out reservation is not in the system. their solution was to put us in one room (we booked two single rooms). when we opposed that, they said that the other room is gonna be available in the evening. we accepted that, but later we realized that it is not true and they provably promised us the 2nd room to keep us in the hotel. 2. the rooms look NOTHING like on the photos here. they look way worse and the way that they present themselves here and on the other platforms feels almost illegal! the bed sheets seemed clean, but that's about it. i gave two stars just because they gave us money back pretty easily, but hotels around there tend to be booked, so it's better to be sure and book a stay somewhere else!

The rooms are quite decent and comfortable. The staff was very kind and friendly which they allowed me to extend my stay for a couple of hours due to my flight timings . The food was good and reception was at a very easy response. I would recommend this place for nice and comfy stay

Location- Excellent Room- Average Services-Average to poor, Felt like staying in a hostel/dormitory with literally no decor in the room and average bathroom quality. Requested upgrade to a deluxe category but there was no action taken from hotel end regarding this,no call back made to us when we asked to have a look at the better room. Multiple people kept changing at front desk,hence upon calling them,the new person not aware of request made earlier, Positives- Staff weren't rude though,requests for fresh towels,bedsheets,water bottles were adhered to Food quality given in room service was decent, but goofed up several times,pebbles were found in poha,2 poha were billed but sweet suji upma was given instead,this was reported to front desk during check out but no action taken...on the contrary 650/- was asked to be paid for a bathroom towel that had some stains on it, citing rules are rules even though the towel quality wasn't of that level & upon requesting you can clean it in your laundry..!! Security guard used to come and give food in room service, that made it feel like it was a home run enterprise rather than a chain of hotels.. Hotel chosen due to proximity to work but won't recommend for any other purpose!

Stay was comfortable. Food was fine.Service was O.K. But it was stuffy in the room as there was no fresh air. The windows couldn't be open becoz the wiremesh was missing. Regards from Radha Sinha.

I had a great stay. Thanks to the clean rooms and excellent service. A big shoutout to the reception staff for their warm hospitality and helpfulness throughout my visit!
