Room Service Very Poor. Don't get any response after several times. Manager co operation not good.

Stayed in that place few days ago on Durga Puja. Totally recommending this place to all of you! Extremely comfort mattress, cozy lighting in room, top notch furnitures, neat and clean at the peak, amazing washroom, quiet location, well behaving staffs, mouth-watering foods at their restaurant-- all that things can deliberately insist to any of you to give 5star rating like me! Will stay further at this hotel!

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and I should say I am very satisfied. The staff is amazing and the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate.

I visited here with my friends and had an overwhelming experience here. The rooms were fully furnished and organized and clean. We enjoyed a lot here and my friends were also really happy about the place

Hotel service was not good. Room was not clean, TV is not working, room service is not available properly. And food cost was too high than other expensive hotels. Inshot they are not running a hotel they are running theft market, where everyone is theft common people.
