Poor service. AC was delibrate kept off. It was made on only after second remimder. Better service is available in same location with lower price. Not advisable to book this Hotel.

They served complementary breakfast but it was very cold. If you ask luke warm water in the morning, nobody will pick up the phone and they don't open the kitchen before 8 am.

The hotel is nearby to R N Tagore Hospital. Room offered to us was very small and not fit for staying 2 persons. Bathroom Comode was broken.

I stayed at this hotel for few days and wanted to share some experience to help others. The room was average and the bathroom was not clean and even the water flow in the taps was too slow, the toilet flush was not working fine. I booked the room with the breakfast included and upon asking for breakfast they said they only give breakfast after 8 and they didn't gave me breakfast even after 8, even though after several follow ups they weren't able to provide me the breakfast and had a wait longer and go near their kitchen and collect the breakfast. The staff at the reception was not friendly or helpful

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the maintenance and amenities provided during my recent stay at your hotel from [22/07/2024] to [25/07/2024]. Despite the positive reputation that preceded your establishment, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed several maintenance issues in my room, including [describe specific issues such as No charging sakets, unclean conditions, etc.]. These problems not only caused inconvenience but also raised concerns about the overall hygiene and safety standards maintained by your hotel. Moreover, the lack of basic amenities was disappointing. Essential items such as [list missing amenities, e.g., toiletries, clean towels, functioning air conditioning, hot water, Clean Bedsheets Wi-Fi, etc.] were either unavailable or in poor condition. This lack of attention to detail significantly impacted the comfort and quality of my stay. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the front desk staff, the response was inadequate and failed to address my concerns. The minimal effort to rectify the situation only added to my frustration and disappointment. As a paying guest, I expect a certain standard of service and hospitality, which was regrettably not met. I urge you to take immediate action to address these maintenance and amenity issues to prevent future guests from experiencing similar dissatisfaction. I request a refund or compensation for the inconveniences endured during my stay. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

If you want to eat something then you will have to order it from outside like Zomato. Don't these people help you in this ??

It was good. Rooms were clean but if you want to checkout early in the morning you have to let them know before only . Or else you will struggle to wake up someone from the reception. Except this everything was good .

Booked premium room but they denied & provided deluxe room & said that premium room charge is 600 extra & also mentioned wrongly listed in fabhotel app, staffs are so unprofessional, they don't have inhouse kitchen, also I've to go outside to pick the zomato delivery they said that can't carry food from ground floor to my room.
