3rd class is good for this hotel. It deserve worst than that. No service no cleanliness is there. By default we booked room for 3 days in advance otherwise we can't stay there. Even fab group also looks on that it books on there name.

First of all after made the payment done they denied to provide me a room when the booking was confirmed. Secondly, service is worst and worst. No facilities, washroom is not cleaned, geyser was not working, asked for drinking water no service, tried to connect with the reception on phone even with the manager but no response. Overall very very very possible experience. I would recommend not to go to this hotel. Never, every single peeps on is disappointed with this property. You will be in a trouble if you are biding this hotel. Images don't match with the real property.

Big big scammers!!!! NO amenities working condition. Service is worst and Deadly bad service. Washroom is not cleaned, Door lock not working condition, geyser was not working, TV not working condition, Rooms are not hygiene and clean, bed and bedsheet not washed clean, smell very bad, curtain are very dirty, even no drinking water no. First of all don't get into trap by there photos, they will say "are you mad, pictures are different but in hotel it is not possible to make all rooms like pictures" and show you totally different rooms. They don't clean the room after previous guest checkout. They forced you to stay in single room even though if you booked deluxe king size room, if you not ready to adjust they will say to cancel booking. We never understand if we booked 2deluxe room then why the don't reserve it for the perticular booking. Hotel staff are not going to listen any complaint, they will say "you booked from fab so tell to Fab for anything" and FabHotels will not picked up your calls it takes 3hrs to check in after talking with fab. Overall very pathetic service, poor quality hotel. This hotel is not for family man. don't stay there I take time to write this because I don't want any other to face this much hassle -

Scam hotel. I will briefly write what happened with me. I booked the hotel with Fab app. I booked the suite room which is the costliest. On reaching there, they showed 3 rooms, saying all are suite rooms. Reality was none of the rooms were suite rooms as per fan's photos. Moreover none of the rooms were cleaned, used towels, blankets were there in the room. They haven't cleaned the room after the last guests have left. After multiple arguments they displayed a room which was cleaner and better than what they had shown. For that room they asked me pay separately. They didn't considered the fab's payment for that room. They even didn't allow to click the photos of the rooms, so that we can't complaint to fab or put it on internet's. On the whole we have been scammed by both this hotel and fab team. Lost almost 8k.

Rooms are not at all maintained. Bedsheets and blankets are not fresh, furniture is broken. Staff was good but location was also not good. Hotel overall is not in good shape.

Fab hotels are first of all cheaters ...they Say they will help with good rooms and rooms re smelling ... no good service and paid extra amounts in vain ... No water provided and location is far away from metro while fab ppl tell metro are close by ... it's all super trash ...don't book ur rooms here not worthy

Extremely dirty, unpleasant and unprofessional. Very shady place. Absolutely avoid this

1 star is more enough for this hotel.Basic infrastructure in rooms as well in washroom are not be there.worst experience of life.location and staff is not good.Bad hotel worst hotel.
