It was clear that they were disinterested in providing quality service or addressing any concerns. The condition of the room was equally disappointing. The carpets were worn out and dirty, the furniture seemed outdated, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. The bathroom was a disaster: the shower had poor water pressure, the tiles were moldy, and the drain was clogged, making it nearly impossible to take a decent shower. Adding insult to injury, the noise level within the hotel was unbearable. The walls seemed paper-thin, allowing every bit of hallway noise and activity to infiltrate the room. Consequently, I was constantly disturbed by loud conversations, slamming doors, and even maintenance work during the night. Furthermore, the state of the amenities promised on their website was far from what was advertised. The fitness center was poorly maintained, with broken machines and limited equipment. The pool area was dirty and lacked proper maintenance, leaving the water murky and uninviting. It felt like false advertising, and quite frankly, a waste of money. To top it all off, the food served at the hotel's restaurant was subpar at best. The menu choices were limited, and the quality of the food was nothing to write home about. Not to mention the exorbitant prices for such mediocre fare. In conclusion, I would not recommend [Hotel Name] to my worst enemy. The poor customer service, substandard room conditions, excessive noise, false advertising, and disappointing dining experience made my stay a total nightmare.
