Ecotel Kolkata

Location is great. There are grocery shops nearby and bus connectivity is good. Staff - was polite and professional. Check-in was smooth. Rooms - rooms were good but bedding and towels were really worn out, however, they were not dirty. Ac works fine. Rooms were clean. Washroom - could be cleaner but not that bad. There was a common area on our floor and view was great. Overall if you are looking for a budget hotel near airport, this one is recommended.

During our check in we have found a stain in bed sheet, balcony was not cleaned properly.. Bed side edge is not cleaned and it was full of dust. We was staying in room No 403.. Room quality is not not good at all as per room rates..

Rooms are great, location is great but the service is the worst. Without service hotel rooms are of no use, they share the same staff for cleaning and cooking. Very less staff which makes the problem . Really disappointing
