Liked the staff behaviour and service but rooms are very ill maintained. Linens, washroom, ac everything was dirty. Bathroom fittings are falling apart. No lift to carry luggage till second floor either. (Luckily the staffs are kind enough to help. Room rent taken was very high comparison to the facility.

One of the best hotels I stayed in in kolkata, the rooms were clean and they still come in and regularly clean them everyday, the owner/staff were super helpful, he helped me get to a money exchange place and had one his staff go with me bcs i didnt know the language, they also offer food which is super affordable and tasty, and still allow u to order online if u want to try something new. I know where I'm staying if I want an affordable reliable hotel in the future
