CrossRoads- An apartment hotel

Unhygienic room, could see many kids of cockroaches everywhere from toilet to bed. Dirty sheets. On contrary plumbing was good, no leaks or flush issue.

Rooms at this property are not as they are shown in MMT. My room was between reception and the kitchen. The staff sleeps next to your door. No privacy. They shout all the time between themselves. I requested them to give me a room on 1st floor but they denied the same. Very unprofessional management.

I stayed here with my family for 4 days in January and I must say the rooms are spacious and the location is very convenient to go around sightseeing. The manager and the housekeeping guys were polite and helpful. The only problem I had was the blankets provided (since it was winters) were dirty and hairy and so were the bed linens. The housekeeping changed the linens as soon as we informed them but they did not have another set of blankets so we had to make do with bed covers in place of blankets. Just an honest feedback. Other than this we had a nice time.

Terrible place for stay room's blanket and badsheet was to dirty room condition was very bad lights and covered are broken we asking for changing the room are they shows different rooms but all room are bad and in hotel their was only guy who doing the all work alone overall bad experience and service

Good place stuffs are done and well behaved

Very spacious rooms, toiles are clean and big. We stayed at the 3rd floor, room services are loose, lazy. We told them to give us water they came with it almost an hour later. We told them to clean the room everyday but they cleaned the room only once. So don't expect any great service but the room and location is absolutely beautiful.
