Very much money oriented. Though we have confirmed booking through booking.com, at the time of check in they simply refused to give accommodation saying they have no room.Its only because of sudden rush of customer

I have booked at late night from Oyo when reached approx 1.15am they said, you booked room not available if you want to be stay you have to pay extra 600 because premium rooms available I had not any option because it was already mid Night and I had a meeting in early morning So I decided to pay extra and stayed there. They promised me your invoice for total amount will be updated on OYO site, but not updated After repeated calls, they noted my numberand now not picking phone after first call. Even they not provided complementary breakfast also. In morning, there was no water available in the bathroom, after repeated calls and about half an hour wait, they started motor. Please avoid this type of cheaters

They will attract you by fake price online 1100-1200 Rs per night. But when you will reach, they will show you their own chart, where minimum price per night is 2000 Rs per night. And when you will show them online price in various apps. They will tell you to search fab hotels. It is totally sick. Their hotel is on 7th floor. And they will tell you that breakfast is included, but later they will deny and charge everything. The receptionist don't even know about local buses. He always reply book taxi, book cabs, which are very very costly here.

I booked the room via online for 1 Day but we decided to extend our stay there but again we booked online but when told the staff that we booked online the staff were furious and began saying we should pay the double amount and 3 percent charge blah blah they didn't even cleaned the room for 6 days they were very rude and unwelcoming Guys who's looking for a stay in Superclub 0 hastings look for other options don't go for thus hotel the staff are very I'll mannered and rude

They are doing fraud with customer, I booked online, but when I reached at the hotel they charged me more than double amount. Don't book this hotel, room quality is very poor... they are doing totally scam.

I booked this hotel from agoda hotel was worst i booked triple bed but the provided double bed only when i told them about the issue they told i have to adjust...the don't have any triple bed this is a big scam....when i ask for the bill they told our printer in not working...i have paid extra 1000 for a mattress..if someone is still booking this hotel after reading the reviews then that will be stupidity....hate this scammers

Room is way to small. And rest everything is amazing. No matter you are one or 3 they will give u 1 bisleri bottle only. Rest are chargeable, Weird.

Very loud room next to big highway. Cleaning service ruined some clothes. There are better places for same money.
