Please stay away from this hotel. This is not even a zero star hotel. Dirty, unhygienic, rooms. Not even able spent few min inside the room even after doing advance booking.

Stayed overnight here and find that most of the people are staying here for Next Day Morning Flight from CCU , Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport. Hotel is providing complementary breakfast and airport drop. Charges are bit high for the Rooms being allotted. If you want good and hygienic room, one more Hotel " Stayotel" is at 50 meter distance in the same route. Hotel is providing only 1 bottle per room for 1 night even if number of person is more than 1.

A shady hotel with horrible facilities. There was no lock on the door . The bathroom was filthy. Felt very unsafe and unhygienic for us 3 women . Do not recommend at all .

Hotel New Blue Sapphire Residency, Samitha Road Mumbai. Don't stay at this hotel. It's located in a slum area. The hotel staff make noise through out the night in the lobby, all sitting together. Some play loud music on their mobile. Booked thru Booking.com.

Recently I visited this Hotel and I checked the rooms and rooms are stinking with cigrate smoke and charging 3500/- for 4-5 hour stay and there manager behaviour is very arrogant and they only compel to take room because they are offering cab service in early morning for airport drop. I do not recommend this hotel not even to stay with family and solo travel. Instead if you move 100 MTR ahead to this hotel there is hotel Maharaja where you find clean rooms and staff is also very good in Hotel Maharaja Galaxy

One and the Only good thing about this hotel is pickup and drop facility to airport , other wise i will not book this hotel for my peon. rooms are dirty, AC is not working , bathroom are smelly , and they are charged 3500/- for 6 hour of stay which is very costly . guys if you have to take flight it is better to stay at airport rather than this horrible hotel.
