This is a budget friendly guest house with all the necessary amenities . Breakfast is good and tea is really good. The rooms r neat and clean and bathrooms r clean as well. Staffs r very helpful. We booked the property as my mother is receiving treatment at rn tagore hospital and this property is near to the hospital. Location is great I feel. Although we faced some problems at our 1st visit to wild orchid but after few complains they improved their service a lot. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is situated very near to the Medica and amri hospital. The rooms were good and big enough. The staff at reception was helpful. Need to improve room service and also the way you serve things. The breakfast was ok which was complementary. The location is very nice near to market.

The prices in here are pocket friendly. All the staffs are well behaved and friendly. Food in here is awesome, feels just like home, in fact much more than that. After checking out I was getting late for my train in the middle of the night . As the trip to station takes about 1 hr, not every driver wants to go and 3 cabs refused to go but the manager arrange car for me. A big thumbs up to all members of the hotel.

3x deluxe room is good and much spacious according to price. But the bathroom is very small. They do not provide complimentary water to their guests. Charging Rs.25 for a 1 litre bottle. It is better to buy water and food from outside.

Very bad the staffs out here asked for extra tips after the stay. We didn't ask them to do anything extra but they were so much unprofessional that they asked for tips. The rooms were also not clean it was a smelly room and the bathroom was also horibble. Please take care of these things and make your staffs more professional.

Aswme behaviour of all staffs. Well Decorate and clean. Eco Pocket friendly and helpful. No doubt to stay in this hotel. Heavy conditon of rooms good quality of lights, fan, ac, tv everything. Clean and fresh toilets.

The price shown here is not the price the hotel accepts. They ask you for more money for a room. The charges are around Rs 1200.00 while online sites will charge you around Rs 500.00 Very unprofessional environment. The Room was not cleaned. The bed sheet was not changed and was soiled with spots. The justification given was that people eat on the beds and hence the stain. The bed sheet wasn't changed in spite of repeated requests. It appears that no one is available for any kind of service during the later evenings and at night. I left the hotel at around 7:30 AM and was not offered any breakfast. Makes me believe that there is no Free Breakfast. I had requested a receipt for the room charges and they struggled to provide me one grudgingly and that too for the extra money they had taken from me. In spite of all this the hotel staff will ask for "Bakshish" (tip) when you are about to leave. I will not recommend this hotel.

Four best part of this hotel we felt after staying here are- Best friendly staffs, Good medium size hotel, Helpful receptionist and fourth is breakfast which was provided complimentary. Also the location is very perfect to stay.
