Extremely bad. Better you choose another hotel but don't choose it. 1. Room was too much small 2. They will charge higher after check in 3. 1st they will give you a small room after that they will tell you to pay more.

This hotel is totally Fraud ...the staffs are doing totally Fraud to their customers...they have charged full payment in cash, though I booked online it through OYO 900 price and I will pay but I can hotel check in time hotel staff pay extra 400 prepaid was done through simpl...the hotel and OYO both have they are totally Fraud and scam .....and also the hotel ambience is very bad very small ...I kindly suggest not to go there ....very very bad experience...

I book this hotel for my exam purpose stay .. belive me this was my wrost experience ever .. I book this hotel from Oyo .. at first they give us a room which is damp , whole night loud music from other room ...they don't wash bedsheets, even they don't change because we found woman hair on bedsheet,... cigarette mark on bedsheet there.. ac was not working and they don't give any remote . And water service on morning was very bad.. after telling them 5 times they start water , we don't do toilet for 1 hour for this . What a pathetic service.. 3rd class hotel ... Never ever I go there and don't recommend anyone...

Extremely bad service and very smelly rooms. We had reached much later than the check in time as the flight was delayed. which was informed much before. We reached around 5 pm and didn't get the room till 7.30 p.m even after informing the hotel well beforehand. The bedsheets and towels were torn, dirty and there were cigarette burns. They charged us much more than the price shown in oyo and took the payment before even showing us the room. Terrible experience altogether.

Highly need maintenance. Room condition no to the up to the mark . Doors not properly works. Linens also stain . I spending 3nights . They never believe to deliver anything on time

I'll give this hotel a xtra star for the service and staff's behaviour from reseptionist to housekeeping. I asked for bottle of water at midningt and they responded so quickly. Honestly room was ok but blanket and bed sheets not clean enough. I stayed here for twice in last year. Overall satisfied bt a small requst to plz maintain cleanliness.

I booked a two-night stay at Hotel Green Leaf through Oyo, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. When we got there at night, they said our booking was canceled and charged us double the price at the counter. The room was really bad - smelly, humid, and the mattress felt like it had been soaked in water for years. It was so uncomfortable that two people couldn't sleep properly. They didn't provide basic things like a kettle, toothbrush, or toothpaste. All we got was a dirty towel. When I complained to the hotel staff, they didn't care at all. Later, I found out that this is a common thing at Hotel Green Leaf. Many customers have been charged extra like this. My advice: Don't book this hotel. It's not just uncomfortable; they also do shady things with their prices. Look for a better place to stay.

The room was extremely bad, there were no AC, no mug in washroom, no proper ventilation, no gyser and to top it all there were water in the washroom for the night. They arranged for a bucket of water and asked us to adjust. The hotel marked as checked out even before we checked in, despite telling them that we will check in later in the evening. Extremely bad and slow service the room felt claustrophobic and was nothing like it is shown in the pictures. Clearly they were pitching the better rooms to customers who did not book via oyo but booked them directly. They even gave me a separate card to ensure better service and offer if we book them directly. What is Oyo doing? If they cannot handle their contractors then what is the point of doing business like this with false promises to the customers and harassing them?
