Worst hotel in Kolkata. Most horrible and pathetic experience. Rooms were very very dirty, not cleaned, blood strains on bed sheet, full of hair in the room, Cigarette smell on bedsheets and mattresses. Cockroaches on the wall and floor. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY.

Disgusting room with ply wood walls and had holes in it as well. Even the bathroom was disgusting, it had a cardboard with holes and swear words written all over it. They show pictures of deluxe room that too photoshopped and sell the classic room with so much issues. Oyo and hotel both didn't help us with this, worst experience ever

The staff here is extremely rude. The hotel is located very far inside. Although the bathroom is spacious, the shower doesn't work and wasn't even fixed. I had a terrible experience. It's not suitable for a family stay at all.

I would rate this place a -100.. the receptionist was so rude.. the rooms were filthy, bedsheets torn and dirty , the washroom had not been cleaned since ages.. i felt that i was living in a haunted hotel.. the manager harassed us , forced us to pay the whole amount upfront, was not listening to us and randomly charged huge amount of couple of hours' stay.. i would not recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy

Rooms were very very dirty, not cleaned, blood strains on bed sheet, full of hair in the room, Cigarette burns on bedsheets and mattresses. Cockroaches on the wall and floor. On requesting staff refused to change the bed linens and then after lot of argument and escalating to booking.com they showed another 2 rooms but all rooms were not cleaned. We didnt expect 5 star room at price 920Rs but we only wanted a clean room or atleast clean bed sheet. Staff behavior was also very very unprofessional. We highly not recommend this hotel for anyone.

The hotel is not what it looks like on the pics on Google or apps offering accommodations. Lot of maintenance required.

Hotel staf is very cheap and rude behaviour he dose not allowed visitors if any visitor is come hotel staf says you have to pay per person 1k for one hour....
