No one should ever consider staying in such a cheap, third-class hotel. The behavior of staffs were disgusting and completely unprofessional. The caretaker, who should have been welcoming, sat arrogantly with his legs crossed over another as if he was a king, looking down on us with contempt as though everyone else was a thief or dacoit. This was the first sign of how poorly guests are treated at your hotel. I visited to inspect the rooms before booking a stay for our guests coming from Hyderabad. We had already spoken on the phone. However, the reality was far from what expected. The moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted by a rude, ignorant worker who was sitting with his legs up, eyeing us suspiciously. Instead of assisting us professionally, he treated us like criminals, questioning us as if we had done something wrong. When we politely asked where the reception was, he showed a complete lack of manners and began questioning us aggressively. I tried to remain calm, explaining that we simply wanted to know where the reception was so we could proceed with our inspection. However, instead of a straightforward answer, he acted like we were in the wrong for asking. This rude behavior was completely unacceptable and out of line for any customer-facing role. I, being an educated person, told him that I was simply asking for directions and that we would discuss matters at the reception, as it should have been in the first place. However, instead of dealing with us properly, he made an unnecessary phone call, complaining about us. This behavior is extremely unprofessional and highly disrespectful. We were then told to go to the second-floor reception, where we encountered another staff member with the same rude and dismissive attitude. His behavior was beyond disappointing. Not only did he seem annoyed at our presence, but he also gave us an impression of irritation simply for asking basic questions. It was clear that he was not interested in helping us or providing any kind of hospitality. Furthermore, when we inquired about room pricing and availability, instead of answering our questions or giving us any concrete information, we were told to speak with the person we had talked to over the phone. This lack of transparency and professionalism was baffling. It's clear that your staff is either poorly trained or has no regard for customers whatsoever. This kind of behavior not only reflects badly on the hotel but also tarnishes its reputation entirely. Because of such uneducated and ill-mannered staff, the owner's reputation suffers, and the hotel loses credibility. It is not just the physical condition of the hotel that needs attention but also the deeply ingrained attitude of your staff towards guests. This experience was humiliating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate investigation into this matter and appropriate action against the staff members involved in this disgraceful treatment. I will also be advising others to avoid this hotel, and I will make sure this experience is shared publicly, as no guest should ever have to face such disrespect.

The best rooms are neat and clean, the bathroom is also very clean+ hygienic. You can also enjoy the balcony sitting area with your loved ones.
