The hotel itself was good, the staff is okay, no problems with the staff, water bottle of 20rs was charged at 30rs in the hotel. We took the small room as a couple which costed us 1300 INR per night. The location is a bit of an issue, as the surrounding is not clean, and no good place to eat in surrounding, but if you ignore all that, the hotel itself is good.

Fraud alert: I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. The images of the rooms displayed on the booking app were misleading, as the actual room I received was much smaller and different from what was advertised. Overall, it was the worst hotel experience I've encountered, and the behaviour of the staff was unacceptable. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel.

My stuff was missing from the reception and the staffs were totally stupid they can't even help us!! Management was totally dumb worst xperience nvr ever saw this types of hotel!!! They can't even help us with the cctv!!! Regretting to show the camera!!!

This is a new Property, well maintained, clean & well behaved staff.Well connected via all kinds of transport. Enjoyed the stay. Room service is a bit slow at times, so the hotel authority should work on it & improve it.

The day we checked in we didn't get a good look at the room due to our work schedule. When I come back from work and go to sleep, I find that they have given us the room without changing the bed sheet and pillow cover. We then called the reception to ask them to give us clean bedsheets. He told us that he would send it to us after 1 hour but when he did not send it, I called the reception again. He told us that he could not give it. We didn't talk anymore and stayed like that for two nights. When we checked out they were having the same issue with another group

This is a new property and as its first customer I would say that it is very good and sober property for that price. Rooms are clean and tidy. Bathroom is clean and equipped with basic amenities like geyser for hot water, shower. It's a good hotel to stay in. It's bit confusing to locate this hotel and the rooms could have been bigger.

FAB is firstly a big scammer. Pl do not book through FAB. I hv book rooms with advance. But check in denied in the reception. FAB was helpless for the same. Against that they are suggesting lower class hotels with nasty location. FAB Customer care also not responsive . They put my call on hold for 30 minutes at night 11 without any intimation.However the Aqua Tulip Incharge Mr Anirban was very helpful and kind. Rooms are newly made, apart from this everything to be improved. Location is very poor. Food they bring from out side but charge like hotel which one can not eat ( returned )and hotel Menu card is kept in the rooms.
