Centre Point Inn

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Centre Point Hotel in Kolkata, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived as walk-in guests, we were treated to an unexpected upgrade without even asking - a delightful surprise. The reception team, especially Mr. Shashi and Mrs. Shakshi, were incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality was top-notch, and Mr. Shashi's fluent English made communication smooth and easy. They were always ready to fulfill any request we had, and their service made our stay all the more special.||Our room on the 4th floor had a wide view of the area, with four windows that we could open to let in "fresh air" (much better than in Delhi ;-) . The room was clean with white bedsheets, a comfortable A/C, a fan, and all the essentials: complimentary water, a TV, mirrors, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, a desk, and even a charger by the bed. One feature I truly loved was the hooks on the door and the hangers for clothes - a small but thoughtful touch. The tiled floor was easy to clean, and the entire room felt relatively modern and well-maintained. The bathroom had hot water though the pressure could be a bit better (not a big issue.) The mattresses were also super comfortable and all king size beds could be devided into 2 twin beds.||The location of Centre Point Hotel is also perfect. It's in a relatively quiet area, yet you're still close to everything. There's a big supermarket (V-Mart) just 300 meters away, and you're almost surrounded by shops and street stalls in a lively neighborhood. It's the perfect place if you want to be close to the center of Kolkata without the noise and hustle.||This was by far the best stay we've had in India during our 3-week tour. We initially booked for one night but decided to extend our stay by four more nights because we enjoyed the stay so much. Centre Point Hotel is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone visiting Kolkata. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!||(ps. Wifi worked smoothly and they have an elevator!)

A nice place to be in, though it is not having good views of outside. The room is well maintained. Staff behaviour is good and service was prompt didn't had any issues thought the stay. They don't have a restaurant and will be ordering from nearby restaurants. The location is centrally located.

Since the booking was done through OYO, the receptionist was extremely professional while checking in, and it was very smooth. Since it was my first time through this service app, I was extremely doubtful about the behavior of the staff, and to my surprise, they were extremely friendly and without any awkward gestures. I would recommend couples staying there.

I booked this hotel through oyo and id say very good option and value for money also the rooms are very clean and this is my personal opinion lots of people had given ba d reviews about the hotel but once you go there you can see what the difference between review and real ...totally a great experience they are providing premium quality at affordable price

Cockroach and lots of bed mites are there in the room, bad smell in the room and the hotel named the room as semideluxe. It is difficult to fall asleep in those room. However staff behavior is good and hotel location is good.

According to agooda application they mentioned 24hr checkin... but while payment they ask me 30% extra charges for before time check in..... which is misleading ... other wise clean room and location is ideal to stay

Service r boys r just cheater for every service they squize money it's not correct I told to call taxi today morning he from hotel to India n Meusium The rate may be 100/-- but he charges 300// ... Taxi Driver told the service boy only told to tell 300/-..that took 100/-for that driver .. this ta worst experience so be careful 19-2-25...

Rooms are very small.and the washroom was not clean . Not worth the money . Also it is located in a very confusing location took us 30 min to find it .nobody knew about the location.
