Location of the hotel is good but room service is not decent. Food charges is higher than it deserves. Also they don't change bedsheets and always says that laundry has not yet delivered to them. It's high time they improve there services and behaviour towards there guests lest the hotel shut soon for repeated fake promises and bad behaviour. I'm rating you 3 stars. Hopefully you understand and improve.

We arrived at the hotel at 1 am and knocked, requesting the gate to be opened as I had already booked a room. The staff informed me that the hotel was fully booked, which surprised me since I had already paid and reserved a room. After arguing with the staff, they finally accepted my stay. I felt upset as they showed disrespect towards me, a woman and a deaf person, causing fear during the night. Despite many calls for room cleaning, the service did not respond promptly, leading to wasted time waiting. When they eventually came, they continued to show disrespect. We shifted rooms three times due to issues such as a malfunctioning hot water machine and faulty lights. Additionally, the bedsheet they provided was broken. The overall lack of respect and various problems made my stay at the hotel uncomfortable.

The hotel lacks basic courtesy. I booked online through MMT as the hotel looked decent. But, they refused to give us rooms saying they are unable to find the booking details. This came as a shock as I was with my family which included ladies and children. They even refused to let my family be seated in the lobby during the time I was engaged in calls with MMT to understand the surprising situation. We had to stand on the road for some time till our cab arrived which took us to a different place as suggested by local tea shops. MMT did refund the booking amount sans some fees and charges, but booking through them seems to be a bad choice since their support system is non existent.

High time the staff needs to be trained in dealing with customers. None of them are adept at customer service in a service centric industry. They're rude and would rather frown at extending your stay. As a customer, it is entirely upto you and totally in your rights to change the duration of your stay permitted, if the rooms are available. They don't seem to operate this way. Further, they're high on false advertisement, my reservation entitles breakfast and they did not honor it. At every instance they were rude, and they made no efforts to make me feel welcomed. They might deny you a reservation if the online price is not to their liking, beware of this. The rooms are basic. The cable doesn't work for the TV and internet is not reliable either. The signal is pretty flaky if you are in any of the corner rooms. I had to sit in the common area at times to even get some signal and the ventilation doesn't help you either.

Very bad experience, first of all during checking in they Said they will no accept online booking, and demanded extra money, room was not worthy of 1500 rs its max 700-800 rs room what i felt, staff behaviour is below average , reception is not at all responsive; poor checkin experience

Behavior of guest house owner is very bad and rude. Their room charge in offline mode is 1500 per night if you booked online at less price they will decline to give you room.. Room was not cleaned. They don't provide towels.. After asking for a blanket they provide a thin blanket without cover. They are located near by many hospitals so they think people who need must come and stay at any conditions and at any cost... If you are reading this review don't book this hotel...

All are good staff are like own family. We went with korean team we never felt we are out from our house. Satisfy by their work. Good job
