Please don't go to this hotel it is totally waste of money. Staff- Totally bad they are totally chapri Hotel- Very poor service and standards Room- Very dirty and broken Amenities- No amenities work properly if you on tap it will on shower TV are not working. Wifi is not working at all

The rooms are not well maintained, the bathroom door was broken, the bed linen was dirty with all types of bugs, the window shade was broken and even room lights and TV were not working. Shockingly there was no menu card given and when asked for it, they said they had 6 years old menu card and it was not updated. The food was also stale and tasted bad... There was no phone in room and everytime you have to go to the reception to order food. The stay was pathetic to say the least

While my recent experience has been quite the opposite due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of your lady staff. On [29.07.2024] at approximately [Check in- 11:00 Am to Check out - 7.30pm], The lady staff's behaviour was impatient, dismissive, rude. During breakfast on 29.07.24, a lady staff's was so unfriendly, unhelpful Such behavior is completely unacceptable and has significantly impacted my overall stay. I expect a higher standard of service from a hotel of your reputation. I hope you will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to address the issue. Hi.. myself subho... yesterday 11th June 2024 around 7.45pm I reached the hotel... From last 3 years I'm going to this place...last 3-4 months I faced behaviour problem of the maneger. Yesterday when I reached hotel she started talking rudely...and told me that my behaviour is not good ...that's why she will not provide me a room...that moment was really embarrassing for me... cause you guys text me on WhatsApp to stay at your property...so I feel very insulted today for your maneger behaviour.... kindly take some steps...also you can check cctv footage..she insulted me in front of other guest...very shameful. First of all the hotel is good compared to others nd the reception is friendly with check in the price is low.... Although A good hotel.

Rooms are clean But I got Worst Experience from Staff & manager for booking. When you will book the room trough Oyo app or offline by phone call, they will confirm you, But when you will reach the hotel they will hurrse you for booking. There are no co ordination between staffs. All reception employees are cheater. You have to pay extra bucks for room. I've suffered two times. Food quality are so pathetic and unhygienic & ordere will be delivered after 2 hours. I will recommend you that never ever book this hotel.

Booked through OYO and had a very bad experience with them, first of all they charged us double as manager modified our total cost, there were no towels in room, no water & after charging double from us the manager was not picking up our calls, continuously he was disconnecting our calls. So don't even want to give 1 star. They should get minus rating.

Very rude and disrespectful staff. Denied check in twice when booked online. Had to pay more than what was mentioned on Oyo. Oyo, MakeMyTrip and Agoda all failed to get me checked in. This place is very shady and not recommend for family and kids. This is just another "OYO" Rooms are dirty, full of cockroaches and pests, smelly. I faced water issues in bathrooms multiple times.
